I got a 5 mile run in and did my weights.Went out for lunch and got a salad.AND when my friend offered me raisinets I said , no thanks.Even though I technically count those as a fruit what with the raisin and all.We have not had the promised sunshine today but I didn't pout..well not too much.

You turned down Raisinettes....whoa! Had a good day here. My neighbor showed up late so I got my workout started and then worked out with her too. The day has whizzed by. I'm not counting on much "quality time" with DH Sassy. He's still running around trying to get things done before he leaves really early in the morning. He does this every time. Why can't he just be organized like me! :-o LOL

My day was good too. I walked 2 miles and did my Curves workout as well. My eating was good today too, until my pot luck dinner where I have 1 small bowl of pasta with marinara sauce. Thats allowed once in a while, right?

I never turn down Raisinets! They are one of my all time favorites. I had a frustrating day as far as trying to get things done. I did manage to get some laundry and minor cleaning done and most of the linen closet redone. I walked the dog for a little exercise, but still need to do my workout.

I'm excited that the newsletter has turned out so well and about getting to see the President tomorrow.

I'm not sure I'd view it as marvelous. I did get in a decent workout this morning. Stopped myself from going into sugar overload with mindless nervous eating (good thing nobody offered me Raisenettes-I do love those so!). But the day was filled with whiny clients, DH's news, going flying over my own shoes, burning my fingers on a plate that contained my chicken that I was supposed to be picking up to throw into the skillet that was supposed to be getting hot although I had the gas going under the plate instead of the skillet and the dinner that I wished I had made something different just because it wasn't very good, the dog who decided on what I was hoping was going to be a nice relaxing stress free walk decided that he couldn't decide which way to go and seated himself in the middle of the intersection and refused to move. It's also my MIL's birthday which of course is not very happy under the present circumstances with my FIL. But the day will soon be over and I can hope that tomorrow will bring better things. I'm off now to make a pot of sauce for dinner tomorrow although I'm not sure I should be allowed in the kitchen and then I'm going to visit with Rodney and I believe I will call it a day!

Feeling very pleased with myself. Had a healthy lunch, my only goodie was a cup of Italian lemon ice, and DH and I went for our 3-mile walk and I added another 1.5 miles on the tread when we got home. Then I did UB and LB work. Will stretch later.

I got a LOT done today. I moved furniture around in our bedroom....inch by inch by inch. I had to take the mattress off the bed to even budge it, the drawers out of each dresser to move them and then it was only inch by inch there, too. I vaccumed and dusted the room and got it all done but it took me till 4:30 this afternoon. Worked at it all day long. And it made me tired! I read the post below, though, that told the calories from moving furniture so that made me happy.

I ate fairly well. Well, I snuck in a bit of chocolate today..(Aunt Flo forced me to do it). And I even went for a 2 mile walk. I'd decided I was too tired for it. The wind is blowing a gale here but then I thought, "I'll do 10 mintues". Ended up doing 30. I felt pretty good.

Now I'll shower up and get ready for the week. I work the next three, have a day off and then work on Saturday. I haven't worked a Saturday (at my job, that is) for a long time. I usually work three days a week and this one is four. (Will the stress never end) LOL
