Atleast it will be that way for me today. Out the door by 0530, back home again, 20 minutes to get ready and change for Newcomer's Club...set up my post for my group (Pamper You Too) sign up, meeting, starting another client after I come home and change back into the workout clothes...phew. I know that's a normal day for a lot of you. I'm not used to busy days like that. I probably will have to make it a quick workout this evening...hold me to it!

What are your plans for the day?

What 15 minute treat will you do just for you?

Have a super day!

Out the door by 5:30!!!!I'd never make that.

I'm not sure what I'll do today.Yesterday I did a run and focused on speed which I usually don't.It was fun to challenge myself. There may be a chance for sunshine today so I make take a long walk outside. It's been cloudy and chilly here last few days.Have to mow the yard so that's one project for today.

Hope everyone has a great day!!!

A wild day for me at the Association, too. I'm learning how to use the new security devices the Realtors will use. I managed to read all of the material and get caught up yesterday with my computer work regarding said devices. I'll be ready for the GE folks from Oregon Thursday. What I'm not looking forward to are the attitudes of not wanting change that some of our 400 plus agents will have concerning this upgrade. They'll get their letters today about this big change, so our phones will ring off the hook. It took years to get some into the computer age and I still wonder about alot of them!

Workout - 3 hrs. planned today. Better get crackin'! 15 min. project - pay bills.

Have a great day!

Going to the slide card system on the boxes?

I know you'll handle those irate realtors with poise and grace and a smile!

It will be wild for me today, too. Not even getting in a workout and don't have time to stress/worry about it.

Floor man coming around 9:00 to give us an estimate on having our wood floors redone. Only on the main level. House is a wreck and MIL is coming to stay for two days while DH and I are gone. Guess I have to work some at the office today, too. DH comes home from travel. Have to get everything ready for kids for the rest of the week. Yikes. I gotta get moving!

Love you guys.

Good Morning Everyone!

I did great yesterday by getting in my 10 miles on the bike before work but this morning I'm moving at a snails pace. A. Flo just showed up early and I've got lower back aches and I'm just feelin like I want to crawl back into bed with a pot of tea and a good book. Can't do that today so I think a warm shower and some gentle stretching before heading to work will help. I would love to go for a long walk tonight but we are still driving to DD's place to take care of the cats while they are away. Thank goodness they will be home Friday evening and I will have my evenings back! I could sneak in a short walk at lunchtime so that is what I'm planning.

My 15 minute project is to clear and organize my desk area.

Sassy! Have a great anniversary celebration with your DH.

Happy Birthday Rhonda! Any special plans?

Its chilly here this morning. My workout started with me jumping out of bed and throwing my clothes on to take my son to school. Darn bus gets there way too early. Now just enjoying my morning tea. After I take Katie to the bus, I am driving over to Curves. After that I need to hop into a quick shower and work today at the shop. Not sure what else the day will bring but I know there will be something.

Good Morning,

6 miles on the exercise bike this morning and some weights. Already finished a load of laundry and enjoying a few minutes of peace and quiet before a dash to the bank before work. Hoping work doesn't turn out to be a Wild Wednesday but the boss man will out of the office on Friday and it usually is a mad dash to get all the projects from his desk to ours when he's going to be out of the office.

DH and DS are going to an open house this evening which we all hope will be an opportunity for him to register for an evening course at a local tech school. The course he wanted to take in AC/Heating is already full but he can register for that in January. Meanwhile he wants to take a welding course. Taking the course at night he'll be able to continue his job with the bike store with the opportunity of exploring things he might want do for the future. So hopefully he'll like the school and what he sees there!

Hope everyone's Wild Wednesday is a good one!

Good morning!

Another gorgeous fall morning here in NE. Lovin' it!

Workout tonight will be cardio and LB/abs. Going to take a walk at lunchtime - it's too nice to stay in and there's a lull in the office, so I'm grabbing the chance to be out for a full hour. Even wore my Birki's, so my calves will get a really good workout.

15-minute treat for myself - I'm making it an hour and walking at noon.

15-minute task - Something will raise its ugly head. I washed, dried and folded two loads of laundry and got a third load (towels, naturally) washed between 4:30 and 6:30 this morning; will get that into the dryer as soon as we get home tonight.

After the glowing reports from here and in Prevention, I've decided to invest in the South Beach Diet Book. I think following the plan is something DH will support for at least a couple of weeks. When he's on board, it makes it easier for me. If he really feels the need to eat pizza, he can do it at lunchtime and not tell me about it.

Have a wonderful day, everyone! For all those celebrating special occasions, make them memorable!
