Just wanted to be the first one to type that at some point.......lol! Well its not even 10:00 yet and kids are at school. My house is completely vacumed, all the beds are made, 2 batches of laundry are wash, dryed, and folded (still need to be put away), and I am just back from Curves. Going to make myself a protien drink, and hop into a shower then its over to hubby's shop to work for the day!

Sounds like you're having a high-energy day, too. Congratulations! I love it when I can get that much accomplished, and can do it on weekends if I'm focused. Today was one of those rare weekdays, but I can't get up two days in a row at 4:30 like today and be functional.

I have wonderful plans for eating well and working out today - I just need to follow through this afternoon and evening.

Have a high-energy remainder of the day!

WooHOOOO! I ran 4 miles - first time ever!! I slowed my pace down and took 48 minutes total, including the last 1/10th or two walking to cool off. But I do have a goal: I bumped into my hair stylist at the grocery store the other day, and she's resumed running. She told me about the Governors Race, 8K (5 miles) coming up in early November. Both she and another friend of mine have said "You're in good shape - you can run 5 miles once." Well, I'm glad I tried 4 miles today, because I see have have to build a bit more stamina before I'll feel able to complete 5 miles. Will I run that race? Dunno, but I'll pretend I'm signing up. I'd hoped to sign up for a 5K first, because I know I could do that. My running must be pleasing to God - I'd prayed before I started running today and asked that if it pleases Him, I'll go that 4 miles today and He'll start using my running to His purposes. It was only the last 1/2 mile that I started feeling it in my legs and a tired ankle.

Let me back up, though: Yesterday was absolutely lousy. AF's really got me this time, wiping out my energy. DD, who's coming down with a cold, and I *both* took a 2-hour nap yesterday (Tuesday), and going to a picnic earlier in the day, plus the nap, PLUS The Cus not getting home until 7:00pm... I didn't do any exercising, and what I could've done, I didn't have the energy for. I still couldn't get enough sleep overnight with 8-1/2 hours.

I can still feel that I'm tired, but I managed to get this done this morning. I might try to fit in abs work, which I could use. We'll see.

I got my cardio in this morning, still need to do my weights.I've done better with eating today but it hasn't been easy. Ever have one of those days where you want everything???I'm trying to forget that I know where the candy corn and M&Ms are hidden.

Unfortunatly most of my days feel like that. And even when I do not eat them I am not feeling any less of me! Boo-Hoo!

I've had a pretty good day although I've been having a bit of the munchies this afternoon and this evening. I'm really trying to be good but those Tostidos chips DD had in a little bowl sure looked good but I stayed away and I'm having a Lite N Fit banana yogart with a banana mixed in. It's not chips but it is cold and sweet!

Had a pretty good day. Did my cardio both at noon and at home, but blew off the weights. Can't keep doing that. And except for the risotto, ate really well. Even had one more glass of water than the day before, but that's still not enough for me.

Each day is another opportunity for improvement....hope I improve Thursday.
