only age 58??? I am so shocked. He had an undiscovered heart defeat that caused a heart attack while he was working on his TV show. I still see him at Jack Tripper on "Three's Company." Also, Johnny Cash died at 71. He has been ill with various things for a number of years, but I was sorry to hear of his passing.

I was schocked too! Rhonda--remember when I posted that my childhood friend had died at his office at 44...heart attack, too. SO scary---leaving behind a family. I feel like John Ritter was right at my age and wow...gone. I always liked him.

Hey, Rhonda ..

We know we aren't meant to be here on the planet forever, but the shock factor is still great. John Ritter was only 12 years older than I am. It happened so suddenly!

Natalie Wood's death seemed so bizaar! I think it was 1981. She was so young and beautiful!

Maurice Gibb represented my childhood disco days.

Sorry! I guess I'm kind of reflective this morning .. ! Anyone want a cup of coffee and a waffle??

I guess it hit me really hard because I just turned 54 this week. I'll take the waffle, hold the coffee, thanks.

The death of Johnny Cash struck me because he died from complications of diabetes, which makes me think of my MIL.John Ritter's death was such a shock. How sad that he passed away on his daughters birthday. His passing is such a reminder that we never know which day will be our last.

Rhonda, I can never think of you as 54!!I still remember seeing you in the parking lot of Taco Bell and going past you because I thought you had to be in your 30s and couldn't the one I was looking for.

You are such a sweetheart!! You always know just the right thing to say. ;-) I can't believe I'm 54 either.

Hugs,
