Been gone a few weeks. Let me catch you up ..
The house moving has come together pretty well. I am three minutes from my job (and I still run late!) We take and pick up our children from both middle and high schools. Considering both schools are across town, it's worked out well. I am only 10 minutes from my parents' home. If an emergency comes up, I can get there pretty fast.
We are getting used to my mother's Alzheimers. She is what I call "in her cuddly stage". She forgets quite a bit, but she's more receptive to shows of affection. I spend one night a week with them. Daddy is still 75 going on 40. He has arthritis and a cancer spot in his head. He is such a remarkable man. It's strange we now refer to them as "elderly".
My passion for fitness is growing. I will start taking yoga classes next year since I didn't have the funds to start this year. I bought a pair of 20s yesterday to intensify my upper body work. Time to move to the next level. I've been given "permission" to test for 2nd degree black belt in 8 weeks. Gasp! I wanted this, but ya know .. still, can we say "hyperventilating"??
I want to enter in more success stories. I am a frequent customer at Collage Video, and I entered that one to win free video. I got my videos .. and I got extra make-up on the picture. WHOA! I don't wear that much in real life! Hmmm .. loved the blush!
I teach my family class at the studio, so I'd better get rolling. Things have slowed down in my corner of the world. I may be able to work on my web page some. I haven't had a chance to do anything on it since June!
Sending peaceful vibes to you this morning!
Peace!

Looking forward to more posts from you again...

Saying prayers for your mom and dad - it's tough to see them getting frail and forgetful; sounds like you have great coping skills.
Good luck in your own fitness challenges; 2nd degree black belt - WTG!
