Good morning Ladies-

It was 62 in the house tonight so I had to break down and turn the heat back on. It supposed to get warmer again this week.

It was so nice to come down and see the house so clean. I keep opening closets to look to see if they're still clean :-)

I think today is going to be a "me" day. I think I'll go to the gym this morning, devotional time and I guess I do have to do a few other things like write a program and pay some bills. Then I have an appointment this afternoon. I normally don't work on Sunday but, I've had trouble hooking up with one lady.

Last day to rack up some hours. Hope your day is truly "superb."

Mornin'

Haven't got a clue what if anything I'll be doing fitness wise. It's so warm and muggy here and very gray and it sort of zaps the energy right out of me. I am planning to run to Target this morning. My mind is running amuck with ideas for the house so think I'll see if they have anything that goes with the ideas! It's then off to Costco and back home for a manicure, need to pay some bills and not sure what else.

Hope your Sunday is a pleasant one!

Hello, everyone. I've had trouble waking up early this weekend! Been absolutely wiped out from both jobs these days and the old lower back is in pain. Don't think I will make it to SS today. However, I'm going out for a powerwalk now, and that might help my back. Tonite, my project is to hem up the beautiful new DKNY suit slacks I bought yesterday so I might wear it soon. I bought it a size too large, but hey, it's not everyday I get a chance to buy a suit like that. The jacket has to go to the alterationist, but I'm used to having to do that. I have shoes that go with the suit and just have to purchase a blouse. I'm in a fall clothes shopping mood now that I chanced upon those great stores with the designer apparel I'd normally have to go to Dallas to buy.

Have a lovely Sunday everyone.

I've not worked out as much this week as I'd planned, but if I do LB, abs and leg lifts, I can close on my hourly goal for the week. First, though, it's church today. I probably won't get my workout done until mid-afternoon.

I got my work done in CL and headed for the track before I could talk myself out of it.Rest of the day will be chickens, a trip to the grocery store and laundry.Maybe I'll get ambitious and clean up my kichen.Watching the weather to see where the storm is headed.6 years ago Fran hit and really had an impact on our area.

Weather is still beautiful, thankfully. We went to the beach pretty early, because the surf report said the waves were large and glassy. They may have been glassy at 6 AM when the report was posted, but by about 9 they were already getting pretty blown out. Currents were very strong. We ended up leaving about 11 and going to Village Inn for brunch. :-)

Tim was tired, so we let him lie down in the back seat, while Rob and I cruised the island sightseeing in some neighborhoods we hadn't seen before. We also went through the oceanfront one where we'd had a deposit on a lot before 9/11 and drooled over the houses going up in there. Oh, well, maybe one day...

Gotta' run clean up to meet my family down at Clark's Fish Camp for my belated birthday dinner. I can almost taste the fried grouper already!!

Tomorrow morning I am heading out pretty early to pick up my mom and Lisa's MIL at Lisa's house to take them sightseeing and out to lunch at St. Simon's Island in GA. That's about an hr. or hr. and a half drive north of here. I have to be back in time to get Rob from Jazz Band at 4! Tuesday, I will make the drive back down to Edgewater. Those two days will be pretty well shot.

EVERYONE is very busy today!!!

So far I've straightened up the house, have gone through the endless amount of paper we seem to accumulate, got rid of a bunch, organized the pics from our vacation, and started the process for my dad's birthday party.

First thing, get all the addresses from my Mom's handwritten list to Access so I can easily run off labels and do an RSVP list. Next thing I need to do is get the spacing better on the word file for the invite. I'm trying to run off 4 "wordings" on a page of pricey card stock, then I'll cut them up and put them in then invites. Have to do direction cards and other frilly things too.

I also need to get motivation.

I did go through several magazines and read about spring and summer 2003 fashions LOL..wooo...

Phyllis--it's 66 in the house today, like you I thought about the heater, but opted for the fireplace. Rhonda--enjoy your birthday dinner, after all you do you deserve a nice evening out. Patty---good for you with heading to the track before you lose any motivation :o). Smart plan.

Tomorrow is the all day Auction Training class for me at Seatac...so I'm missing three workouts. I'll do weights today. That's all I have the energy to do. Oh and some toning. Been putting off lunch til I do my workout. Eric's out for a run today.

He did a very nice thing---took all the things down from the platform (dust collector) above the stairs and vacuumed it all up, including spider webs.

We have company coming this weekend...and I have only one free day to get ready :o)

I am feeling so lazy today. I got up and exercised before we went to church. After church we had lunch out. Then came home and I took 1 1/2 hour nap. I'm still feeling a bit sluggish from the nap but need to get up and moving.

Tonight DH has a church meeting and I'm going to a play with a friend. Tomorrow starts my work week in town and instead of three, I work four days there this week. I am going to be pretty lazy the rest of the afternoon. I'd planned on exercising some more but I'm too lazy for that. I think I'll go out on the deck with a book.

I thought I'd beat the rush and I went out and got some water, tp, bread. Might pick up a couple bags of ice just in case. Chances are, with all that rain, the power will go out. Callin' for at least 10 inches of rain by the time Isabel makes it to us.

I did indeed have a superb Sunday! Got the bills done this morning, worked out, had a consultation and picked up a new client, bought 2 new warmups for work....I'm psyched!

Now for a walk with Sheba and my favorite event of the day....dinner!

Enjoy your evening....let's rack up some hours this week.
