I voted for journaling because I've really slacked off recently. When I journal regularly I find a lot of insight, I destress, and find gratitude which helps me in my quest for a healthy lifestyle. If I could have I would have voted equally for hours of yoga because I'm making the effort to do more. I keep thinking about the quarterly goal Cee set of making what she had the best it can be reather than focusing in pounds lost.

I'm torn between a mixture of some or just good nutrition.I really need to get my food in check.Maybe a combo of them but with an emphasis on one each week?

Princess...who realizes she was no help at all....sorry

I voted for cross-training mainly because I think it's easy to get into a rut with our fitness plans. Fact is that I do love Jazzercise. But the last class I attended was 2 weeks ago and I'm not going back probably until next week...or until the doc says so. And I haven't gone through withdrawl. I do miss moving, but I need to mix it up.
