Good morning workout divas-

OK....I'm running out of "t" words :-) Today is going to be a really busy day with organizing and getting stuff done for the health fair. It's kind of my last chance day since Wednesday is over the top booked.

For my workout I'll probably have to buzz through with circuit training and no more than 30 minute cardio. I hate when work gets in the way of my workouts :-) But, I am encouraged that the scales are starting downward again.

15 minute project will be getting more stuff ready for the health fair. I got my "drawing" prizes already but so much more to do.

What's going on with you today?

'morning, Phyllis. (Yawn! We need a "sleepy" icon!)

I did Cathe's Leaner Legs when I got up.

I hope to do some writing for my 15 minutes project. I am slowing down, but the flip side is that I want to do more! What a contridiction!!

I didn't get much sleep last night due to the lower back pain I've been having so I guess no workout today. Meetings all week beginning today. If I can make it thru this week, I will be ok. Lovely coworker goes out and buys every kind of chocolate you can imagine and puts them within yards of my desk. What a nice girl! I won't let the candies take over my intentions, though. Yesterday I had another great eating day. Will try hard to do the same today.

Hope that hurricane continues to weaken so you coastal ladies don't have to deal with a strong one and its effects.

Good Morning to all

It's been a very unmotivating tired unenergetic morning so far. I never set the alarm last night and slept right through to the last minute this morning before having to get up. Noticing a definite pattern each month around the time that Flo should appear and doesn't. Need to kick my butt in gear so can you form a line?

Hope your tantalizing Tuesday is a good one!

Can not seem to drag this body out of bed early enough. Got Katie up and out, made Robbie's lunch and now just having my protien drink. Will head out in a few and walk to Curves, since I did not do a darn thing relating to exercise yesterday. From there its home and shower and then off to the Social Security Office to change my name to my married one. I know its only been 22 years, but come on I have been busy, ya know!

After my SS stop I am meeting up with Grace for a cup of tea or a bite to eat. That is my project for today!

Good morning, friends!

Had the commute from hell this morning - all because the drivers with us on the northbound side thought the overturned truck on the southbound side was really, really fascinating. Oh, yes, add in heavy rain, sleeping through 4 alarms (don't ask), having to stop for gas this morning because someone didn't look at the gas gauge last evening, and you have a recipe for a late arrival and a consequent late evening. Oh, well.

Workout tonight will be cardio and UB - going to try for 1.5 hr. My third day on South Beach - not doing badly, and only 11 more days to go for Phase I. I love veggies and I'm eating piles of them. I'm not missing fruit yet, and I'm not missing the "bad" carbs too much (although I'm going to have to resort to Cheerios for breakfast on mornings like this one until I get some things cooked ahead), and I'm feeling completely sated with the amount of food that I actually enjoy that I can consume throughout the day. Dr. Agatston refers to "humane" diets, or ways of eating, in the book. I think he might be on to something.

Fish is all over the menu today, so healthy eating will continue.

15 minute project - want a list?

Have a great day, everyone!

Hello head diva! Love that T word for today!!Sorry to hear you didn't sleep well. I've been up since 3 am cause Flo decided to bang on my head. She'll knock for another day or so before she actually comes in.Poor Rick!!It does look like he'll have Princess, Flo and Isabell all in one shot.No one warn him cause he's been out of town yesterday and today and I want to be sure he does come home!!

Workout today will probably not exist.I have just a smidge of a headache left and I don't want to push it.Have to stay in good enough shape to take care of the chickies.I think I'll mow instead today. It's supppose to be beautiful here today and tomorrow. The calm before the storm so to speak.Today I will also exercise good judgement in my eating.I just finished an apple and it wasn't even in pie or candied!!!!

HI everyone,

My workout for today will be walking to kindergarten to pick up ds.

My 15 minute project will be to pick up a package from the post office. Then, I'm going to come home and sew! I managed to get my clothes closet cleaned out last week. Turfed alot of stuff that was outdated (tapered jeans, etc.) and I didn't wear, but now I've decided that I need some new clothes! Plus I want to make some new cushion covers for the living room furniture and a new futon cover for the armchair.
