didn't sleep well? I just slept lightly and feel so jittery. Is it because of the health fair, trying to juggle my schedule through this week? I dunno. AF finally showed up this morning so maybe that's part of it. She hasn't been around since July. Frankly, I was a little nervous. Although I'm not fond of her, I was glad to see she arrived ;-)

Phyllis,

I get that all the time when I haven't slept well, then I usually add on too much caffeine to get me through the day which makes me even more jittery. Sounds like you have a lot on your mind!

Yes. Had that going on a few weeks ago. Don't know how it stopped, except that I was totally mentally exhausted and probably finally slept well because of that. I think not sleeping, worrying about what's going, how to accomplish everything within a specific timeframe for preparation just adds to the problem. Makes you prone to illness, too.

Can't offer a solution, can only sympathize, because I don't know if I did anything different or just finally collapsed.

Hugs, Phyllis!

Yeah, lack of sleep plus something big going on gets me jittery. I was jittery a few times with Tot Trade, that consignment sale.

As for AF... well, I can relate to that too. I skipped last month, and even though I knew I wasn't preggers, it's nice having that physical confirmation. ...Don't laugh, a couple who rents a condo from my MIL just had a baby - he's 75 and she's 53. It's her first child, and he's got grandkids who are older!

Oh, perish the thought!

Yes, I get jittery and out of sorts when I don't sleep well. You've got a lot on your plate lately, this too shall pass.

Not having AF for two months would be enough to make me jittery!

And you were so calm about it!

I do not do well on little sleep. It's amazing how it affects me, jittery, can't concentrate, etc. And when I'm stressed about things...I can't sleep! I hope you do well tonight, Phyllis.

Oh, Cussette! I hear ya.

I love children, but to think THAT would happen again would send me into a nine-month counseling session!

Phyllis, I get jittery and literally run into the walls when I didn't sleep good. When I have something on my mind, even Ambien (my perscription sleep aid) can't hel!

Try takin it easy. Relax. Hopefully in a day or two, that feeling will go away.

Wishing you sweet dreams ..

Cee
