Atleast that's what mine is going to be like today. Out the door by 0530 for clients, back home to change for a meeting, back home to change for training, finish my reading for Bible Study, back home to change for Bible study and back home to walk the dog and go train my evening client. And chat, phew!

I seriously doubt I'll get my workout in today. Tonight I'll put everything together for the health fair tomorrow. After the health fair tomorrow, everything will be pretty much back to normal. Whatever that is?

I forgot to list top 3 positives yesterday so let's do that today. Mine are:

1. Never ending opportunities and possibilities

2. Losing weight and 1 size

3. I've gotten a lot done this week

Galatians 5

26That means we will not compare ourselves with each other as if one of us were better and another worse. We have far more interesting things to do with our lives. Each of us is an original.

Make it a great day!

Congratulations, Phyllis! One size down! Way to go! You've always looked tiny in your photos, now you must be a wisp of a thing.

Today, I have meetings & work tonite. Back is not hurting as bad. I might be able to get a workout in tomorrow.

Top 3: 1. My devotionals

2. I get to spend lots of time with ds from Thurs.-Sat. this week

3. I'm taking a girlie trip to a mall up in Frisco to shop the stores we don't have in Longview! I get to spend time with my old college roommate & best friend!

Have a great one!

Phyllis-hope you had a good nights sleep for your day ahead! You certainly have a day ahead of you!

No AM workout for me this morning as I'm off in a few minutes for the annual boob squash. Just gotta love these early AM Dr appts wondering if you'll make it to work on time. I did my balance ball tape last night and that was a nice change of pace so may consider doing that again this evening. Will have to see how the work day goes and what fits the mood of the day!

Hope everyone's wild and wonderful Wednesday brings good things your way!

Hi Guys.

One size down. Phyllis...you rock! Way cool.

I'm jealous. My knee is still bugging me and I haven't worked out since Sunday morning and I can really tell. I'm tired, grumpy, etc. Can't even think straight.

Kat...sounds like fun...shopping with a girl friend! And spending extra time with DS.

Susan...NOT jealous of your boob squishin :) Still haven't scheduled mine. No reason other than procrastination.

Cee...glad you are back posting regularly. Missed ya.

So, I'm thinking that today is going to be the last day I rest my knee and tomorrow I'm going to take a leisurely stroll (I promise I'll try to take it slower than usual).

Glad that Isabel is weakening. She should be moving in Thursday afternoon and leaving Friday and hopefully we'll have a good weekend.

Positives.

Hmm. Will have to think about it.

Hugs.

Sassy :)

Not feeling strong or very motivating today. But I will try. I am walking today, planned on doing it first thing this morning but woke at 3 am with a horrible charlie horse in my left calf. So I did no exercise except type some emails and lift my tea mug. After I get Katie done and out I will walk my 2 mile treck while the sun is out, and stop off at the Library for some book info on the SB diet and the Curves diet. Maybe they will have them. I would like to compare. Right now I do not feel like doing any diet, honestly.

My 3 thankfuls:

1. Katie championship for her class. And possible rookie of the year too.

2. Our weather holding and not getting hit with this huricane.

3. My friends here who understand my feelings.

Good morning!

The calm before the storm - a beautiful day here. Instead of going off the deep end like they usually do when weather promises to be interesting, the forecasters up here are chillin' and advising prepared calm in the face of Isabel - they're callin' for windy and rainy weather, some "tropical downpours" throughout the day, but no real damaging effects locally; the western part of the state is going to get the brunt. That doesn't bode well for foliage season and the fall tourist economy in the Berkshires, but hopefully people will be safe.

Workout today - a walk outdoors and LB work; how intense depends on if my butt and hammies stop hurtin'.

More healthy eating planned also - fish as far as the eye can see.....

Positives: 1) I'm feeling in a good state of mind, and probably started SBD at just the right time. 2) DH's sore back has eased up and he's moving less stiffly; he finally broke down and saw the doctor Monday - got x-rayed when the dr probed and poked a particularly sensitive rib, and got a prescription for muscle relaxant and some samples of Vioxx (apparently it's not just for arthritis pain). He's sleeping more comfortably already - and I'm sleeping again, period!

Have a great day!

Congratulations on the weight and 1-size loss. Working on doing the same.

Good luck with the health fair - may you find many new clients!

Today is a catch-up day. I've already been to Curves, but need to organize the checkbook, pick up a few things at the grocery store, wash sheets & towels (it's been a while - gross), and make a dent on my desk. Lots more than a 15 minute project but I've got all day.

My three positives:

1. More beautiful weather up here in NH

2. Amanda's injury in last night's soccer game was minor

3. A renewed sense of calm and well-being.

Have a great one ladies!

Susan, how do you like your balance ball tape? I've thought about getting one. Is it more of a stretching routine or exercises?

How close are you to where Isabel is supposed to land and will you have any of the 'after effects' from her?
