Well, since I'm laying off the running for a few days, I did the full Body Sculpt yesterday. I've done it before, but this time I really concentrated on my form, slowing down some moves to "feel" it. Man, my chest hurts from peck flies, and the glutes hurt from the fanny lifter and some other exercises! When I woke up, I was even a bit worried about the chest pain, but after I caught my breath, I realized that it was muscular. I think I'll be feeling it all day!

I might do cardio today - depends on if my body screams or not - with abs and leg lifts. Something *easy*! I rested on Tuesday, so I want to at least get my heart rate up two days in a row.

Oh, my, you really gave yourself a workout! I guess you know where every muscle is now. I think an "easy" day is a good decision.

Take care of that ankle and don't do too much today.

Hate to hear you are hurting but...you know you got a good workout. I love that feeling.
