Good morning. Hope you all got a great night sleep. I went to bed early last night and read until my eyes kept telling me to turn off the light.
I have 2 clients this morning and then this afternoon I'm going to a Feng Shui presentation that a friend is doing. Guess cleaning house should go somewhere on the list today. That and working out....sheesh. This week has been a bigger disaster than Isabel. I rented Malibu Most Wanted with Jamie Kennedy so...I'll put that on and walk on the treadmill.
Do you have your day lined up? What are your plans for the day? I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Today, part of my cardio will be to shampoo carpets. JK! But I did go out and buy a carpet cleaning system. We'll see how well it works. Housecleaning definitely part of today's plans as well as the REAL cardio - a lovely powerwalk at my favorite 6 mile trail.
Tomorrow, I'm meeting Cindy (my best friend) at Macaroni Grill (thanks, Cindy, for picking a carb haven! LOL!) before we head out to the mall in Frisco. 4 hours of shopping is just enough for my feet, so that will work out fine.
Have a great weekend!

Lots of Saturday stuff to do around here! The weather is indeed beautiful here. The wind has finally diminished. Pretty strong gusts yesterday, enough to blow a light pole over onto two cars in the parking lot of the supermarket where I was shopping. Four cars from where I was parked!
I've had a miserable week as far as working out although I have really tried to balance it out with better eating. But no excuses this morning! Although I got up later than I wanted headed out the door for a nice 3 mile walk. Felt really good!
Hope to get the majority of the house cleaned up this morning so I can enjoy the afternoon. DH loves to go to the high school football games and today is opening day, DD and BF are headed for the beach, other DD is in MA visiting her BF and DS is at work so I will be left to my own devises for the afternoon. So aiming for a tidy house by early afternoon which leaves me, the dog, a book and my favorite chair for the afternoon!
Hope your Saturday Stuff brings good things your way!

My plans for the day.....I need to do some outside work. Spray the foundation for bugs. This time of the year they are trying to find a better place to be than outside and I don't want them choosing my house. Laundry, iron, clean the garage and the list could go on and on. Even those things I already listed will be more than I can get done today. Maybe I should just get a book, sit down out on the deck and read.
I am very tired. Have been all week long. I have only exercised four times and fairly short times. I've eaten 'crap' all week long, too. I should go out for a walk this morning but really would rather go take a nap. I guess I'll work on my list instead.

Spider-hunting this morning - dusting, vacuuming, and a couple of floors to be washed. At least those are my intentions....
Workout - a walk with DH later today. His back is a lot better; still a couple of twinges, but the muscle relaxants and pain pills helped him get over the worst. He's ready to restart his workouts - a nice walk with proper attention to his posture and gait will be a good start.
Other plans - we're wingin' it. Only sure thing is Patriots vs Jets tomorrow. GO PATS! Especially against the Jets....
I have a treat in store for my niece - tickets to see the Nutcracker by the Boston Ballet in December. She started ballet and tap dancing lessons a couple of weeks ago and loves it. As a 1st grader, she's probably ready to sit still and take in something like that.
Have a wonderful day, everyone!

Today is catch up day. I have all those things to do that I couldn't/didn't do while I was recooperating. There's a mountain of laundry and dustbunnies everywhere. So I'm going to try to tackle the worst of the mess, in the bedroom of all places, today and see how it goes. Feeling pretty perky but I think I have a cold coming on. One thing after another here, sheesh.
Got out my slutty red nail polish last night. Haven't done that for a while. Hope your weekend is a good one!
