Hey Everyone, hope that you are all doing well! I was doing great until today, I have lost 10 pounds at weight watchers, exercise is ok. It seems hard for me to do both at the same time, go figure. I have even been in a good mood for about three weeks (lol).

Today is dh's birthday. My dh is the kindest, calmest, caring, etc, etc, etc guy in the world and I was really MEAN to him today. We were going to go watch the UC Berkeley women's soccer team play and infortunatly I got home too late from shopping to go. I feel bad, but dh does coach three soccer teams and watches every soccer game he can on tv (not matter what language it is in). I am having a little party for him tonight and of course I am in a stressed out mood about that. I feel really bad about being such a witch, aunt flo is not even ready to arrive. Maybe, if I could lose weight without dieting, really loved to exercise, and it would get cooler around here (it has been over 100 degrees for three days in a row!), I would feel better. Now I need to suck it up and get in a good mood. Thanks for listening to me!

Hugs

Sharon-

Congratulations on the weight loss. That's really great.

We all have days like that. I'm sure your husband understands. Enjoy the party tonight.

Sorry today is not going well.Yesterday my DH started to do laundry to help me out and I corrected how he was doing it.I felt terrible afterwards!!!The other day I was grumpy with him and called him later to apologize, that I did blame on Flo!!!Thankfully he understands me and puts up with me!!I'm sure your husband doesn't think of you as a witch at all. I sure don't!!!

Way to go on those 10 pounds!!That is awesome!I can't seem to get exercise and diet to click together. When you figure it out let me know.If Flo ever shows up here I'm planning on trying the ring for my migraines. My NP is a big fan of it and wants me to give it a try.

Wonderful on the weight loss, Sharon! And don't worry about the witchy behavior - sounds like AF is indeed on the way. And you can always tell DH that the evil twin sister you never told him about snuck into your house.

Hope the party is a smash. Happy birthday to your DH, and I hope you can chill and enjoy the party you put so much work into tonight.

Huggggsss,

Hey Sharon congrats on the 10 lb weight loss! That is awesome! Its amazing what our dh's can endure and still love us, isn't it? Good luck with your party tonite and Happy Birthday to your dh. Have a wonderful time! Hope the heat lets up over there. Its been just wonderful here in Minnesota. I just love this fall weather. Dd was home this weekend and her and I shopped in Mankato till we dropped yesterday and then had dinner at Panera. It was wonderful. We even ran into ds at Old Navy! It was such a good time! Shes doing much better but still trying to cope with alot of stress in her life. Us women! Will we ever relax! hahaha! If we don't take on the stress in life, noone will, right? Take care and let me know how your party went. Hugs, lisa

Congratulations Sharon on the loss of 10 pounds. Weight Watchers is a terrific program and you have certainly proved it!

And about the 'wicked witch'.....we've all been there and done that! Luckily our DH love us and put up with us. I hope that the party is a great one and you both have fun!

Congrats on your weight loss! My theory about the dieting and exercise thing is that we don't have the energy to exercise when we are consuming fewer calories than we're used to. Also, we get in "witchy" moods eventually, because we've had to give up the foods we like the most. Sounds good to me...

We all have our moments, so I'm sure your DH understands, or will. Keep up the good work with your weight loss.

Hey, that's great that you lost 10 pounds, though! Hopefully whatever's making you "at odds" will take a hike and leave you be!
