Good morning ladies-

Once again Margie: our thoughts, prayers, support and love go out to you and your family for your loss.

Today is another busy Wednesday for me between clients, workout, Dr. appt, and doing my annual CPR challenge.

Live With Passion!

Yes, Margie, please know you're in our thoughts.

Ok, fitness today. Well I started the day off with panckes and bacon. Kind of hit those carbs, fats, proteins at once. Oh yeah and had syrup too so got my sugar intake in too.Loved every bite:) Workout will be iffy today. MIL is coming home and I want to fix something to eat to take over there.Need to get my yard mowed before more rain this weekend.Have about 100 errands to run uptown.Today I will mosty be chicken princess, domestic goddess and her majesty of the mower.

Good Morning,

Margie, continued prayers for you and your family.

Workout was a 30 minute cardio and hope to get some yoga in before bed. I'm supposed to be meeting with my literacy student this evening. She indicated on the phone last night that she has some news for me but wouldn't tell me over the phone because she needs to see my face! Sounds very mysterious!

15 minute project continues to be my basket of laundry which still has not made it to the closet or drawers!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!

Good morning, everyone.....

I counted my blessings last night as I said, and boy - do I have a lot of them, for which I am truly grateful (and continually astounded). I will take none of them for granted.

My workout tonight will be a full one - need to exert myself and make a worthwhile contribution to the Challenge. My individual challenge - figure out where dinner fits in after a late arrival home and working out, and what dinner should be. Probably takeout. I'll be careful.

Needless to say, I won't be at chat. Whatever you all decide about accommodations and dates for NC is fine with me, as long as it's mid-October or later. I'll probably do the same kind of travel as Phyllis - Friday through Monday, although late Sunday departure from NC could be a possibility, also.

15-minute project - too busy for them. Will deal with them over the weekend, where - oh, joy - I can make a day of them.

Have a good day, everyone!

Well ladies, I'm back in the saddle again! Went out to Jazzercise last night and, well, I didn't do the abs routine, but I did very well with the rest of it. I'm so psyched to be back to my exercise. Today I'll probably walk...don't want to push too hard. They're callin' for cooler temps and high winds, so I dunno. Maybe I'll get out the TaeBo tapes after all.

15 minutes: Too many to choose from.

Have a great day everyone.

You are right about the blessings. I make it a point to start my day out every day and ending it in my prayers at night by thanking God for all our blessings no matter how tough times might be -- they could always be worse.
