Potassium Source & Dr. Phil --

Just saw on the Low Sodium V-8 bottle that it is an excellent source of potassium, twice as much as a medium banana, and it counts as a serving of veggies.

Dr. Phil tonight is about fitness obsession, breast implants, and body parts, among other things. Should be interesting. Unfortunately, here it's on at 9 when we have the chat. We have an afternoon show too, but I think the subject matter is different.

I love it! You might like it better if you squeezed a little lemon juice in it and had it over ice. I even put my "green stuff" in it and have gotten used to it that way.

It's supposed to be nature's perfect food. I have the coolest little battery operated mixer to blend it in my juice. I ordered the little blender from www.jerrystools.com.

Did you notice (I'm sure you did) that the Alkaline Acid Balance Diet book made several references to Nikken?

I noticed back in the resources that Nikken is listed. I've backed away from actual selling for a while and have been doing research on the internet to see if there are other companies that provide comparable products, just to satisfy my curiosity. So far, I haven't found just one company that has products as high quality or if there is one or two, they don't put them all together. Nikken has a big new product launch Oct. 18th I'll go to. The word is the main product coming out is an ionic air filter. That should be great for people with allergies, asthma, and other respiratory problems (which would include my family). Also, negative ions are known to be mood boosters to help fight depression, which is why the ocean and mountains are so relaxing for most people (more negative ions in the atmosphere at those places). The Nikken comforters have negative ion technology built into them. I've noticed that people get a feeling of serenity when they are under them. It did that to me too. Didn't mean to go into such a spiel, but one thing leads to another. I saw Nikken mentioned in "Reverse Aging" too. Don't know if it's in the "Alkalize or Die" book.
