Hi Nancy!

I'm glad you are back in the loop. Great to get the update on you. Have missed ya, but I hate to bug folks. I figured you were busy getting crops in and all.

Post when you can.

Love ya.

Sassy

I've definitely been out of pocket too, lately, Nancy. Don't feel bad. Now how many jobs do you and I have . . . ? LOL! I'm glad you have found the ideal workout time of day for you. I sure wish my schedules would calm down so I could get a workout in!

Hey Nancy, good to see you again. Figured you were busy with crops and life in general. We all get that way sometimes. I'm glad you've found a good workout time for you. I'm not really great at early morning either, but I'm thinking of giving it a try again. Post when you can, it's great to hear from you.

Well I'm not above buggin someone.I was just thinking last night how much I've missed you on the board. So I was going to post a "get yourself back to the board" post today.Thankfully it didn't come to that.Isabel was kinder to us than we expected and for that I am grateful. We think we'll lose about 20 bushels of corn per acre.Could have been worse.

I'm with you on the food deal, good days and bad.I'm also with you on getting back to the weights.I'm going for the buff look you know!

Nice to read your post. You've been missed.

Nancy,

Nice to see a post from you. I knew you've probably been real busy at this time of year and knew you've been working more. You've been missed! It's always great when we find that work out time that works for us. I've been going back and forth between the early AM and evening. But I'm back at it in the morning and so far it's been working out well.

You know, I have really mixed feelings about the morning vs evening workouts.

Don't you love those days when you can get alot accomplished at home.During the fall I especially love cooking and getting my house straightened out.

I just read an article about working out first thing in the morning.I just don't think I'm a first thing in the morning exerciser. Although maybe I should give it a try.

I guess I am a mid morning person myself. I have tried to do the early bird thing and I just do not do it. If I shoot for the afternoon, something or someone comes up. Wash, dishes, kids, school work. Do what works best for you and stick with it. I have not figured that one out yet since going back to school. When I do I will let you know.
