Good morning ladies-
Today is our last day to get in challenge hours for the month of September.

Another crisp, Fall day here. Beautiful. I'm going to walk the youngest to school as my warm-up and head straight back here for weight workout. Did an hour of cardio yesterday and did not do weights. Knee is sore this morning. I'll do some light leg work (no squats, no lunges) and upper body.
Work, work, work is on my agenda.

UB/LB weights and abs for me today. Still feel awful. AF, Go Away!
Lots of work today, but get the next 3 nights off AND a coworker offered to work for me on Saturday! WOOWHOO! Lots of cleaning and cooking in store! Tonight, I go to a neighboring town to watch ds and team play football. Go Pirates!

Today's workout will be enduring the 2 hour staff meeting this morning. I did Step class sunday and Jazz yesterday and I'm feeling it. 15 minute project is to fold some laundry and walk my bears.

Went to bed at 11PM last night woke up wide awake all ready to get up, looked at the clock and discovered it was only 12:15AM! It was just one of those nights!
It is another beautiful fall day here too. I got in 45 minutes of cardio and that will probably be it for the day. Only working to 3:15 this afternoon but will be going with my boss to complete the refinancing of our house and this evening I'm supposed to be tutoring.
Already started on my 15 minute before work projects which are usually a couple of 5 minute projects that makes life after work a little easier.

Fall is officially here - see-your-breath temperatures this morning (sorry, Rhonda). My workout tonight will be cardio. I had a really good workout last night - worked all the major muscle groups and it felt great, plus got in 45 min of cardio to boot.
Chocolate cake effects are gone, too - back to pre-party weight.
15 minute project - probably laundry; the towels are breeding again.

This morning I'm going to attack the piles in my office. They're growing too high, and being disorganized makes me nervous! I have pictures I want to send, cards I want to send, Heart Ball stuff mixed with Zoobilee stuff mixed with YWCA stuff. I need a bigger office obviously :o).
I'm feeling great that dinner is already made for the next few days..NO grocery shopping needed. I have books to get at the library, dry cleaning to take in, house to clean (which means they'll probably go undone).
Two full hours of fitness today for me. This morning regular Jazzercise class, tonight body sculpting. After class I'll run home and make my dish for the luncheon today at my friend's home. That should run til about 2pm, then I'll nap :o). Ok..that's my dreamworld Deb plan. I need to balance the checkbook, may take more than a 15 min project, hasn't been done since July.
Eric got a surprise bonus yesterday so I want to celebrate that somehow. I think I'll make him a card :o).
