Good morning!I have to head out soon to CL. Last 2 houses go out today.I have to work those and then scoop out other 2 houses. That may be my cardio today. I've been mixing up my workouts and really feeling it.Monday I worked my abs more and yesterday I could feel it.Today I feel where the step workout hit.Good feeling, has me motivated.

3 positives are 1)Have had a very positive feeling for past week or so.Very happy and very appreciative of all I have.2)Connected with a friend I haven't seen in awhile.3)Work has gone well and I'm very optimistic about this flock I'm sending out.At the same time if they don't so as well as I hope I at least know it wasn't because I didn't work them well.Reaching a point where I'm able to work them and then let it go.

Not sure about chat. Had to work late last night so I may fall asleep early :)

How about 'wild and woolly' or have you used that one yet? Time to get out the dictionary....

Today's workout is done! Went to the early early Jazz class this morning for a circuit workout. DH was grumbling about wanting the car today but you know what? I gave him the choice: motorcycle or car...he chose the bike...so I can't help it. What a grouch.

Top 3:

1. I'm finally back at work! My boss is of course driving me crazy already, but at least I have something constructive to do.

2. I'm finally back at Jazzercise! Man, did I miss working out. Now I'm trying to get used to this early morning stuff. We'll see how it goes.

3. I found Dr. Phil's book.

15-minute project today: Gotta read my book. Oh crap! I gotta take my library books back!

Don't know about chat. Depends on whether or not DH has the computer tied up. But I'll try. I'm sure you will get along fine without me...LoL.

Have a goo day everyone!

Good Morning Ladies-

Looks like a rainy and cool day here and much cooler weather for the remainder of the week-may actually have to find a sweater to wear! Worked on the abs, glutes and arms this morning. Other than the 9 to 5 deal that's the day-no special 15 minute projects on the agenda for today but something always manages to pop up!

Three positives for the week:

1. Took the steps to improve our financial health.

2. Good positive session with my literacy student last night.

3. Have been maintaining some great eating and exercise habits and a pair of big brown eyes that pleaded for a late evening walk last night that was just wonderful!

Hope your day is a good one!

I can't find the "I'm tired" icon so I'll go without.

Good morning!

Clouds moving in, but temps still good for cozy clothes. Workout today is cardio and UB -increasing the weights again on the machine, and may try the 10-lb free weights if all goes well. More ab work on the plan - got away from it and need to get back to it.

Top 3:

1) SBD working - I had a sip of 1% milk yesterday morning and I couldn't believe how the taste of sugar dominated the others. Need to check out Smart Milk or some other brand.

2) Constant heavy workload and I'm able to ignore the gigantic egos involved in several projects I'm on - don't know what's up with that, but I'm not complaining.

3) My niece and nephew - constant joys (and really reasonable entertainment!). They left me 2 messages on my answering machine last week that are real keepers.

15-minute project - uhh, there's one somewhere....

Have a great day, everyone!

It's still overcast and down in the 70's here. Robbie asked if we could have a fire last night!! LOL! A little premature, I think. We're getting clouds still from the tropical storm in the Gulf of Mexico.

Positive things:

1. My niece in MD found out yesterday that the new baby is a girl (due date Feb. 8th). I was rooting for a boy, since Rob is the only one in the family, but I love little girls dearly, and that's another one to get to shop for! The important thing is that the baby is very active and right on schedule with development.

2. I'm walking more since we got Winston, have started back on the SBD somewhat (more like Phase II, but I'll ease back to Phase I this week), so I've lost 3 lbs. I had lost those 3 a few months ago as part of the 15, but had put them back on during my end-of-summer ice cream binge.

3. I got the newsletter finished on time, and it looks really good. Got two rounds of applause about it at our last board meeting!! Now, I just need to get it back from the printer, so I can get it in the mail, all 275 of them. Oh, and there's the fashion show invitation, which was a real surprise.

Since today is the 1st, it seems a perfect time for me to try to improve my fitness activities or lack thereof. I'm really going to try to do better. Maybe with the improved eating, I will have more energy and motivation to exercise. Tim is talking about rejoining the Y. I have mixed feelings about that. When I did it, it was great, but very time consuming. Guess I could do a little less, which would take less time, but be better than nothing. I tend to be an all or nothing kind of person, though.

I plan to be at the chat. Have a happy day everyone!

Workout: I've blocked out time right after work for my cardio - I'm going to my favorite hiking trail! So excited about that!

15 min. project: Did it just now on my lunch hour - ordered business cards

Top 3:

1. This week I work only 3 times at Dillard's

2. My SLAH sponsor emailed me with a supportive message

3. I am having good devotionals

Have a wonderful Wednesday all!
