I saw this book in my QPB Club newsletter and decided to order it. Previous readers rated it highly. I also ordered from a place in CA a book called "An Owner's Guide to the Human Body" and two videos, "The Mysteries of Magnetics" and "The Physics of Pi-Water." It's a shame I can't get additional college credit for these!

I'm excited that I got my first celebrity guest columnist for our RWCDF newsletter for November. I helped a state representative get moved to the front of the line when Pres. Bush was here, so he kind of owes me. He's on the Committee for Family Services and the Sub-Committee for Children's Services. We do a lot with reading to sick children, providing books for school libraries and individuals, and are getting more involved with finding guardians for foster children through the Guardian ad Litem Program, so we'll be very interested in his update.

I've been busy today organizing the upcoming volunteers' reunion luncheon for 10/14 and getting feedback about a fancier one for Christmas at a private club in the top of an office building downtown. We'd have our own meeting room and a buffet, plus a beautiful high rise view of the St. John's River. I've had all positive feedback, so far. I'd done all the emails, but there's all the phone calls for people without email. I can't imagine not having email!!

You should get college credit for all the reading and research you do!

I really enjoy it anyway, but it sure would be nice to get credit too.
