I think I have lost too much weight. I got on the scale yesterday and I was 105lbs. That's down 2 more in the last 2 weeks. I felt really tired and achy yesterday and has pulled a muscle in my back from incorrect form on one of the machines. Plus, I think I have been over-doing it. Exercising almost 7 days a week for the last 5 weeks. My appetite has shrunk tremendously. I thought about offering myself a treat like some icecream last night but I just didn't want it. Maybe I'm sick or something. I don't know. But guess what? I feel a little better today so I think I will go the the gym and do the stair climber at lunch.

Take care yall!

I hope you continue to feel well - maybe you are overdoing the workouts. Your doctor is the best one to ask about this and to explore why you continue to lose lbs.

Good luck,

Cinderella-

This is just my opinion but, perhaps you are overtraining.

It's scary to put on the weight fast, and scary to lose it too fast (since you may be losing lean body mass). Maybe cut back on the fitness a bit? I always try to take one day off a week to let my body rejuvenate...we may go for a hike or a long walk something like that on the off day. But no dancing hopping jumping or weights! If you're losing weight and not hungry...maybe call your doc to make sure all is well? Take care!

Sounds like what started out as an attempt to get healthier has gone in another direction. Not eating enough and overtraing is so hard on your body.Sometimes once we get started on something like exercise it's easy to get so enthused with it we don't want to stop. That can be true of losing weight also. You need to keep your focus on getting healthy not wearing yourself out.Maybe you should check with your dr on a diet that would meet your needs. And maybe work with a trainer on a more reasonable healthy workout schedule.Take care, hope you feel better soon.
