herself elatedly on the outline view doesn't make me want to cut my portions, what will? Actually, I'm glad I see that rather than those cookies IVillage used to tease us with.

I'm going to really try hard this month and next to lose 5 lbs. I do need to cut some of the carbs out as well as make the portions smaller. Also, water intake has to go up! I'm off to the water cooler, now.

Okay, you're on, Nancy! I have to say that eating is key for me in losing lbs. If I don't get that right, I don't lose. I can exercise regularly, but if the eating is off, I just stay at the same place. So really have to dig down deep to get the mind on track with the eating. Nothing can interfere with the good eating (very hard when there's all kinds of functions going on, but between now and Thanksgiving, there's only Halloween, right?), and I have to be strong. I'm trying to psych myself into this and think of how wonderful loose fitting clothes are . . . more wonderful than food, right? Okay, it's time to get out my jeans and that tight fitting skirt to try on at least 2 times a week to check my progress.

How do you talk to yourself about losing the lbs.? Am I crazy or what? Anyway, I'm kind of hungry right now, but will ignore it and go to bed. Write me anytime you wish, Nancy, if you need to vent or just want to talk: katsonnet@aol.com.

Hugs, and you will do it!
