Hi Everyone,

I wanted to thank all of you who have offered me support the past few weeks. My DH was amazed to see all the cards that have been in the mail daily. Your kind words have been a comfort to me. I'm still struggling with my emotions and hate for any of my co-workers to see me in such a sad state so my boss was wonderful and gave me a couple of extra days off. I've stuck close to home, done some writing in my journal and not amounted to a whole lot of anything else.

I haven't exercised in two weeks! Tomorrow I am going to kick myself in the behind and get outside for a good long walk. I know it's time to start functioning again.

Sometimes we all need a break. Mine are just longer than most people's. ;-) I'm glad to hear that you were able to get some time off, and I think it's a good thing that you didn't do a lot. Let your battery recharge. You'll probably be better able to get back in the swing of things than if you pushed yourself too hard too soon. We're thinking of you.

Hugs,

Rhonda

You're very welcome Margie. I'm glad you've had a little extra time to settle back in. Take care of yourself and I'm thinking of you.

Your boss sounds like a great person. It's hard enough to recover from one loss without getting another loss thrown in on top of it. Get out there and take that walk. Sometimes a good, long, solitary walk can do wonders for my outlook and I hope it helps you too. Take care.
