Hola.

Another Monday. Another new beginning. Another day to relook at how things are going.

Going to get in my cardio this morning. Probably on the treadmill. Then abs, biceps and triceps.

Boss is out of town until Wednesday night. Woo-hoo! Part-tee.

Hugs.

Sassy

You sound like I sound when my boss goes out of town, Sassy! Mine goes this Friday and later again this month for about 2 or 3 days! Talk about partees! Speaking of vacation days, I'm taking one this month to go to a businesswomens convention in Longview and my first meeting on the symphony guild. It will be fun, I know!

Today, just time for some UB/LB weights & abs. DS has a bladder infection, I think. Poor baby! I made him drink lots of water last night & I'm off to get him some cranberry juice. Will have to take him to the doctors & he won't be able to play football if he doesn't get better today.

I have to work all week and weekend at Dillard's except for Thurs., but that's ok as I'm STILL buying ds fall/winter clothes. Got some great deals on pants at Old Navy and Penney's - still need lots of long sleeved shirts and a couple of pullover sweat jackets. Dillard's fall clothes are not on sale yet.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Phyllis,

Seems that God is speaking to me too. As soon as I read your post I copied it down to carry with me today. Today will be my first full day back at work and I'm looking forward to getting back to a normal routine. Will go to water aerobics tonight.

My 15 minute project...I have been cleaning out some closets. My DH who is a pack rat has a hard time parting with stuff so I'm hauling it to work with me and making a trip to the building dumpster. It's the kindest thing to do. Hopefully by the end of the year my house will have the kind of space and organization I'm yearning for.

Good luck on your first day back to work, Margie! I hope it's a pleasant one. Recent events are probably making you feel the need to de-clutter even more than usual. I tend to react that way myself. It's great that you're making headway with your closets. It'll feel so good when it's finished.

Take care and hugs,

Rhonda

It seems that you have already been moving in that direction (notice your tagline on your signature) judging from recent posts. That's great!

Good morning! So what was the sugar scrub made of?Sounds interesting and yes I would think we could use alot of things from our kitchen.

My workout today will be a run as soon as I get off the computer.Thinking maybe I could get a late day walk in too, since I have no chickens and no DH.The rest of the day will be running errands and doing stuff around the house.I think I may get started on some Christmas shopping too, or at least get some ideas going.

Goo day to everyone!

Good morning!

Frost on the pumpkin and everything else! Dragged out the faux-shearling coat this morning, and did it ever feel good. Sunshine is so brilliant, it'll make everything feel warmer later this morning.

Workout tonight is a full one - I like to start the week off that way; didn't do LB weights Sunday afternoon after the walk with DH, so I'm feeling compelled to work hard. Boston's still buzzing over the great sports weekend we just experienced - Patriots looked in sync and strong at last (even with about a dozen starters injured - not just hurting, but down for the count) and, well, what can you say about the Red Sox except "clutch"! Even I'm tagging along behind their bandwagon...

Have a great day, everyone!

The Jaguars FINALLY won a game. Poor Gators! How I long for Spurrier to come back. Glad your teams are doing well.

It's hard to believe that parts of the country are having frost and snow. Seems as though summer just ended, and especially after the weather here this weekend, it's hard to imagine having to wear coats. This is a freaky month here though. By next week we could be down to the 30's, then back up to the high 80's, so I never know what to expect.

Are you planning on making any goodies (healthy, of course) with the apples you picked? I was in the store yesterday and saw the cover of the new "Bon Appetit." It said it had all kinds of apple recipes, and I thought of you.

Ha. The Washington, DC area is ready to GIVE you Spurrier back!

Actually, it's not our coaching. It's the ownership.
