at least her evil part. I won't even get into what a horrible, nasty, Queen B***ch I was this weekend. If I wasn't yelling at someone I was crying over something. I'll give myself about 5% of it was justified the rest...well let's just say I'm surprised someone in the family didn't call the the men in the white coats to take me away if not for my own sanity but theirs as well. I didn't start off the day too well either but I did make myself get to the basement and lift those weights and do those squats and lunges. By the time I got to work I had decided that I could continue to have my heart pounding out of my chest for things I didn't have any control over or I could get things in perspective and have another side of Sybil take over. Fortunately the evil Sybil got the boot and peace has been restored to the land once more! I think my family and maybe even the dog are happy about that!

I'm sure he would. He's usually pretty good with my Sybil moods but this was a bad one and I found him shaking his head more than once. No matter what he said it was the wrong thing to say! Surprised he didn't throw me a packed suitcase and lock me out of the house!

I'm glad you're feeling better, Susan. If you read your post from my seat, you'd have cracked a couple of smiles over your account of the recent none-too-soon departure of Sybil. Your sense of humor in the face of it all is wonderful! Bet DH, the kids, and dear old Otto are glad to have you back....

Patty, when I first saw the title, I thought you were posting -- LOL -- after some of your previous ones where you've mentioned those sides of you. Susan, glad things got better as the day went on. Hang in there!

Hugs,

Rhonda
