Thankfuls;1) A wonderful day with my parents. This is so cool Mom and Dad both said they really enjoyed my company.Man I never heard that as a teenager LOL 2)I have 2 more days to look forward to this week with my family. 3)Thankful that DH made it home from his trip safely this week.Very proud of the work he is doing.

Doing good, hmm I need to make sure I do that today.

Good morning! Today is our RWCDF October meeting. I was up late doing last minute things to prepare for it. That will take up a good chunk of the day, but afterward, I plan to mow if it doesn't rain. If I have it in me, I'm going to get started on pulling up some old stuff in the large flower bed too.

I'm thankful for:

1. No transcripts of the chat last night! ;-)

2. The military men and women who give so selflessly to preserve our way of life.

3. Winston being neutered and recovering well.

And, so many other things.

Have a fun day everyone!

Rhonda

Woo-hoo. Chat last night was extremely spicy. I was laughing out loud so much that DH made comments about it :)

Workout today will be 45 minutes cardio. Then I'm off to the office for the day. The boss is back and things will be hoppin'.

Thankfuls:

1. Thankful for some changes in attitude that I've really been working on and the difference it has made.

2. Thankful I'm healthy enough to do whatever I desire to fitness-wise.

3. Thankful my friends love and accept me enough to let me go off on a subject that isn't always that comfortable to discuss ;)

Hugs!

Sassy <- thinking that Phyllis has it right on with Live With Passion!

My routine today is aerobics with the vacuum cleaner and resistance by scrubbin' the bathrooms. Going to do a bit of cleaning before visiting MIL - I hate returning to an unkempt house. Might try to do some abs now that I'm not so sore in that area on my restart. But for my legs and arms, today should be a rest day anyway. I tell ya, it feels *good* exercising again, I'm already sleeping better and my digestive system is functioning much better ;^). I'm sore, but it's a good kind of sore, yanno?

Thankful: 1) thankful DD and I had such a wonderful time at the fair Tuesday... I hear people talk about "cute" ages in kids, but I've yet to find an age I don't like - Al and I can do so much more together with each year she grows older. 2) thankful that I'd gotten a bunch done last week, including writing a "Clementine" spoof for choir. 3) thankful that I'm back in an exercise routine. 4) thankful that I'm getting over my cold, Al's getting over hers, and The Cus only had a mild one. 5) thankful that the Panthers are 4-0 6) thankful fall is coming.

He's been in Hanover County working with producers who were hard hit from Isabel.Helping them get compensation for loss of crops.Very different farming from what we do;pumpkins cucumbers, and other crops. Some of these people have just now gotten their power back.

Sorry I missed chat. DH wouldn't give up the computer. @$@$!#%#$%^

Weather here is good too. I had the windows open all night and my fan was running in the bedroom. We were supposed to get some rain, but I don't think we did. Today is step class for me and a friend.

Thankfuls:

1. Thankful for omelettes with just a little cheese and a lot of veggies in them.

2. Thankful for a great DH who I love to bits.

3. Thankful for a job I love even if my boss is a pain.

4. Thankful for chocolate on chocolate.

Good Morning All

Chat was indeed interesting last night! We'll just say Sassy co-chaired with Phyllis quite well! And did anyone notice that there was no talk of food?

It's an indian summer day here in NY. After scrambling at the first of the week for something in the fall wardrobe it's now back to warmer weather wear.

Workout was 30 minutes of cardio and the ever delightful post dinner walk with my beast.

Thankful for a great conversation with a good friend last night-by the end of the conversation we were laughing about how we sounded like two little old ladies comparing their aches and pains!

Thankful for the opportunity for DS to attend a school where he feels a purpose and enthusiasm for school (or as much as an 18 year old will admit to!)

Thankful for the wonderful women of this board!
