Here's the good, bad, and the ugly for Kat today (going to be difficult today with my schedule - ooh boy!):

7 a.m. Breakfast - 1 cup coffee, 1 slice homemade bread w/cholesterol reducing light butter and honey

10:15 a.m. 16 oz. water & fruit smoothie (O.J. and tropical fruit with some splenda)

10:50 a.m. - have to eat my sandwich (2 slices of turkey breast, 2 slices fat free swiss cheese, lettuce & miracle whip light on wheat berry bread) - I hate eating lunch this early! WAH!

You eat very healthy my dear---maybe next week we can all post some healthy breakfasts..I'm up for new ideas!

I don't know about healthy, but who can resist homemade bread! This lady that brings it by our office makes the best homemade bread and I can't resist!

Anyway . . . continuing today's journal:

2:30 p.m. 1 med. diet coke (I'm about to fall asleep on the job!) and 1 sugar free chocolate covered cherry - pretty good actually!

5:15 p.m. Dinner was baked chicken, broccoli, green beans and 3 forkfuls of dressing (what they call stuffing in TX). I'm gearing up for Thanksgiving! Also, 16 oz. water.


Will have to drink lots more water tonite when I get off! That was it for today's food.

P.S. I went out and bought the One A Day for the Weight Loss vitamin.

Hi Ho, Hi Ho it's back to work I go . . .

P.S. Deb, I'm up for some new ideas for breakfast too! I tend to love my carbs for breakie, though. I do like eggs, too!

I'm really wanting to join WW soon! Another friend at Dillard's is going to join with me!

Another 16 oz. water and now I'm hitting the hay with some late night TV.

I'd like to keep up the journaling everyday until these pounds melt away . . . If anyone wants to join me, feel free! I'm also trying to get used to journaling before I join WW -I have always hated writing in journals, but I think part of that is the handwriting. It also helps to know if other people are reading my food intake - kind of embarrassing if I have too much fun with food! LOL!

Tomorrow is another day . . .
