Hi, Michele. Great to hear from you! Glad you're still having fun teaching and how's the book writing going? How is your son?

I'm in a walking club, now. Still have a difficult time working fitness in, but I try . . .

Hugs,

Kat

Hey long time no see!! You're busy as usual--still writing, too? Always amazed at how many things you can get done in a day.

Fitness and mixing it up---I'm still with the best fitness plan ever (for me)....JAZZERCISE. Still look forward to it each day, each hour, each class, and it's working well.

We just added big ball work in class which I'm enjoying. Now I keep the ball in my car rather in our bedroom, which hubby likes. I've upped my weights in class for a new challenge. Funny how I can use a 30 lb set at home for training, but in class a 16 lb set seems heavvvvvvvvy mixed in with the cardio--cause I'm pooped.

So glad to see you---and no leather pants for you (we don't want hubby laughing at you)!

I like your wardrobe. I have one very similar to it in my own closet. No, I've never had leather pants but I was thinking of getting some to wear on the bike when I take a road trip for protection rather than fashion. Besides, seeing a big, butch biker babe in all that leather really stirs up the locals at the truck stop.

I'm Jazzercising like a mad woman...though not as much as Deb does. It's working for me so long as I don't overdo.

Thanks for stopping by.

Your wardrobe sounds like mine - built around comfort, not trends. Give me jeans, flannel shirts, sweatshirts, henleys, sweaters.... I don't like leather seats in cars because in the Southeast you stick to them 10 months out of the year - your skin can't breathe. I don't care for the leather Barco-lounger we have at all for the same reason. I'd only wear leather pants if I rode motorcycles. Yesterday it was in the mid-60s in the mountains... by the time we got home it was in the low 80s, and doesn't promise to get much cooler this week.

I took up running in mid-May, and I'll be entering my first race on November 1st - an 8K. Other than that, still doing abs work with my old Tony Little tape and body sculpting with The Firm.

Good to hear from you, and glad all is going well!

Hey Michelle,

Good to hear from you. I have the exact same wardrobe as you! Except I love to wear clogs. Clogs and leather pants, I do not think so ! Not a leather pant kind of gal here. Comfort before fashion for me. I love to wear college sweatshirts too, love to collect them. I hope that you and your son are enjoying the school year.

Good to see a post from you. Looks like you're still keeping busy! Wish I could have a daily wardrobe like yours. Unfortunately office protocol keeps me from my ideal wardrobe which would be much like yours. But no leather pants-can't quite imagine the remarks I would get from family members!

Good to hear from you, Michele. You know what you like and works for you with your wardrobe, so you're wise to stick with it.
