How much of these do you do? Can you share? 1/2 cup of cereal with how much milk? Just curious---I'm at the lowest points you can have on WW and if I ever stuck to that...I'd faint :o). I can't imagine I should be eating what a 100 lb person should as well.

So what is in your tropical fruit smoothie too?

Mine was 5 pts today---breakfast. toasted dry 100% whole wheat english muffin topped with 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 5 slices of turky salami--broiled.

Yes, I eat more than 1/2 cup! Somewhere between 1/2 & 1 cup! I'm not very good about portion control - anytime I start portion control I practically starve for a couple of days until I get used to it! My fruit smoothie is 3/4 cup O.J. (there again, larger portion) and 1/3 cup frozen tropical fruit w/1 packet of Splenda. It's thick.

That's good you get protein in your breakfast - I'm not good at that!

Sounds yummy, just had my 3/4 cup of Puffins cereal and 1/2 cup of skim milk. And my cup of tea. I need to find out how many points are in the Puffins cereal but I think 3. So counting my milk I used 4 points for my breakfast.

Lunch at 12:30 p.m.: Hmmmm. . . One of those Smart Ones veggie pizzas - I didn't care for it - never again. I'm not counting points, yet, but 8 points for that thing! I'll have to make my own veggie pizza. Anyway, that with another 16 oz. water. At least I'm full!

Okay, must drink 64 oz. of water today - my big goal for the day.

I can't wait until I get more time off from Dillard's so I can COOK! There is a neat sounding stove top macaroni & cheese recipe in the new issue of WW that I want to try and alot of the recipes from Cooking Light.

Until din din . . .

I had a peach smoothie when I got back from Curves, and a total of 5 glasses of water. Just finished my salad with lite ranch. So I added another 6 points used for today. Thats is 10 so far, leaves me with 8 to 11 left. Better start thinking about dinner???????

Dinner was roast beef w/gravy, mushrooms & potatoes (Smart Ones) - 4 points & 16 oz. water. I didn't like their potatoes.

I'm going to eat a piece of sugar free chocolate tonite just for that . . .

Are there any frozen WW entrees you like? I don't really like too many, and they're convenient. There was one that was turkey and stuffing and sweet hot apple something in it that was good. I think making entrees from Cooking Light and getting the pts there is the way to go. Make enough but don't eat 3 servings :o). I have to work on that.
