I love your positive 3!!! Know how you feel about not being up to exercising. I started taking some iron, because I think Aunt Flo has stolen more than her share in recent months. I think it's making a little difference in the last few days, along with some other improvements. I battle fatigue a lot, so I'm either going all out or running on empty, it seems. Hopefully, once your meds. are squared away you'll be 100% again.

Congratulations on your weight loss and good habits!! I was doing so well and back slid. Somehow, I need to get back into that routine again. I think I'm easing in that direction. ;-) Keep up the good work with your eating and exercising!!

* I showed the financial statements to Alex (I find that the hardest part of any relationship... I hate money... ugh.)

* I have a clean kitchen and living room.

* I have my itinerary printed out for my trip back to the US on Thursday...

Time for me to go do my workout... "push" today: bench press, incline press, triceps and shoulder press. I think. I have to look it up.

Did cardio for 1 ½ hours and according to the digital read-out, burned about 900 calories this morning.

Top 3 Positives for this week so far:

1. Got a B on my first Anatomy & Physiology exam. I was so sure that I was going to fail but didn’t!

2. Got nice compliments about my workouts at the gym

3. Starting to feel more confident that my long-term goals are indeed obtainable.

I’m enjoying this rainy day and plan to go to Hallmark later so I can send cute Halloween cards to my niece and nephew. Hope you all enjoy your day, too!
