7:15 a.m. - a tropical fruit smoothie WITH a scoop of my soy protein powder - it was yummy! 1 cup of coffee and 16 oz. water
8:15 a.m. - a reduced fat cinnamon roll
Went to the store and bought ingredients to make the WW macaroni & cheese - may have time to make it today. I also bought some red delicious apples and granny smith ones (to make that WW apple strudel!), broccoli, green beans, butter snap beans, and lots of salad makings.
To be continued . . . (As soon as I am able to join WW, I probably won't be doing this on this board, but it's so much easier to post my journal online than for me to jot down on pen and paper).

I will eat the macaroni & cheese a la' WW and salad for dinner (maybe some apple, too).
