Thanks for the tips. I haven't been to these places much (never to BJ's), because they always seem to be located pretty far from me and most of the quantities are more like for commercial use. About the only things I use in those quantities

I also did 1/2 hr. of housework cardio - after haircut (which is the best cut I've yet experienced! My stylist, Shelley, is fantastic). I vacuumed and mopped and boy were they dirty carpets and floors. I don't own my own home, but is there some spray on floor surface invented yet? You know, like those spray on truck bed liners? Jeepers, I could use something like that and new moldingings installed once a year! Am I the only messy, splattery cook in this world?

So, I've had 1 hr. and 5 min. of cardio today - I'm chuggin' right along!

Forgot how hard StairMaster works the thighs and rear but managed to do an hour, then 20 min on the lifecycle and 40 min walking the treadmill. Definitely would not have made it without Gatorade!

Other stuff today will include house chores, homework, and finding an Electrician to install a couple of lighted ceiling fans. Actually, getting one to call me back and schedule the job is more of the problem.

You all have a good day!

Rhonda,

what is white tea? I'm somewhat of a tea drinker but mostly stick with English Breakfast and Earl Gray. Also, we have a new BJ's in Raleigh, NC but haven't been in it yet. Will let you know... I used to belong t COSTCO in California.

White tea is very mild and has even more antioxidants than green tea. It used to be next to impossible to find, but we have a place called Teavana in our mall that carries three kinds. It isn't inexpensive, but is very healthy. Here's a link to their web site:

Click on Oolong/White Tea. I got the "Drum Mountain White Cloud," because they were out of "Silver Needle."

Darn, you saw cashmere, and I saw corduroy. I'm seeing corduroy everywhere since our posts about it.
