Good morning ladies-
Up at 0430 this morning and ready to go.
You are such an early bird and so efficient!
I've got an all day seminar, so I'll be doing a lot of sitting today, but hopefully, will be learning a lot. We do have a lunch break, so I'm going to try to fit in some walking then, if for no other reason than to energize me for the afternoon session.
Have a fun Saturday everybody!

Hope you all enjoy your day!

I need to also go buy an alarm clock - I cleaned house on my lunch hour yesterday and misplaced my clock - it's not in the freezer or fridge! Wonder where I put it! Also need some potting soil and a large pot for some of my mums - still not thru repotting.
Have a great Saturday!
It's Saturday and it's the first one since I don't know when that I haven't gotten up for my Saturday AM walk. Woke up with yet another headache that has left me feeling groggy and "fuzzy". Wasn't sure whether getting out there would help or hurt so decided to wait to see if breakfast and a cup of coffee would help.
The menfolk were out early to check out something to do with DS motor in his car-don't understand it all nor do I really want to. DH will be going to his weekly HS football game so I'll probably have the house to myself this afternoon. I'll have to see what kind of trouble I can get myself into around here.
Other than the usual Saturday chores and projects that I should be attending to nothing much going on around here.
Phyllis-we have a brand new Galyans opening in our local mall-in fact I think the grand opening is this weekend.
Hope your Saturday is indeed outstanding!

Good morning everyone.

Everyone slept in at our house today, for a change.
Yesterday was a write off for me. I started out by missing breakfast, so by the time I'd done my errands, (including the grocery store), I was starving!!! Big mistake. I managed to only snitch 2 chicken nuggets and 1/2 dozen fries from the boys' lunch. Then I made salad and some lightly sauteed sole for lunch. From there it was down hill all the way....culminating with me polishing off a whole bag of onion and garlic potato chips!!!
I'm the poster girl for bad eating these days!
Today, I've turned over a new leaf. (How appropriate! LOL) I started the morning with a strawberry/soy protein shake. I'll have salad of some kind for lunch and spaghetti squash with pasta sauce and roast beef for dinner. Hitting the weights as soon as I get off the computer, then I'm going shopping for some new jeans. I picked up the cords I ordered from Sears. They are a little on the large side and.....UGH...hip huggers not low-rise. YUCK!!! Great colour and I like the legs, but I feel like they are falling off my behind. Back they go!
Well, off to burn up some of this flab! Talk to you all later. Have a great day!
Shar
Have a great one & again, I've missed your posts and so glad you're back. Sounds like you are still in good shape when you have to take pants back that are too big!
I guess I'm in better shape than I thought. Aunt Flo is visiting right now and I feel extremely bloated and pudgey at the moment. But,....I just went shopping for jeans. I was trying on bootcuts at the Gap. Size 12 was too big, 10 a bit snug. I'm glad I didn't buy either. I went to another store and got a pair of bootcuts that looked almost identical for half the price and also a pair of cords. Both were size 11 and I ended up getting both including taxes for what I would have paid for one pair not including taxes at the Gap!!! I'm a happy shopper.
