Nancy, do you like the Flex points

plan with WW? Or do you just do the tried and true older plan? I've read the WW bulletin board and some people are afraid to use flex points as it might slow the weight loss down. I am hoping to join up next Tuesday.
Right now, I'm having a time with AF wanting to come early & I CRAVE cereal and milk. I went ahead & gave in to it last night and had a bowl of Special K with strawberries. I think it's okay to give in to cravings sometimes as our bodies may be needing some kind of substance from it whether it be vitamins or producing seratonin. I don't get food cravings very often, thanks to the bc pill, but every once in awhile I do. I'm fortunate about being able to stop eating foods when I'm full. I have friends that have real problems with that & I'm sure it's hormonal.
I bet with WW I will learn alot about reading food labels! I can't wait to join and meet some new people, too!

Yeah, some days I want license to eat some goodies, although I will be afraid to do that much until these lbs. go away. I'm hoping I can reach the goal before Thanksgiving. It will be hard - the last 10 always are.

Hi! I am a lifetime member too of WW. I haven't been though since the new flex points thingy. I am waiting to get closer to my goal weight and I am exercising again.
Could you give me some info on the flex points or

Thanks for the info! I am always amazed how WW keeps changing. The original plan I joined with allowed me 18 - 25 points and fiber over 4 grams was counted and a lot of foods were 0 pts but you had to count them as 1pt.
