I've done great today, except for the coffee with sugar & ff 1/2 + 1/2! Had scramble eggs with a thin scoop of cream cheese and a big glass of soy. For lunch I'm finishing off a plate of iceburg lettuce and romaine lettuce with baby canned shrimp for protein and a few sliced black olives for taste. A drizzle of balsamic vinegar and a splash of olive oil. Big glass of water, too. We're having london broil for dinner. Not sure what else!

What I really want to eat is a pot pie from Kentucky Fired Chicken.Has anyone had one?Love them!!Again with the pie theme!!!So far I had 1/2 english muffin with peanutbutter and jelly. After my run I had fat free choc milk with skim milk and stawberries and banana fixed like a smoothie.I'm heading back to CL.When I come in I plan to have salad with hard boiled egg and some other veggies unless of course that pot pie calls me....Just kidding!!

Hey Sassy how do you fix your London broil? And is your car still running???

I marinate it in teriyaki and fresh crushed garlic and then have DH grill it. I always slather some horseradish on mine, but I'm the only one in the family that likes hr.

DH finally phoned and told me where the spare key was. But it did run for almost 2 hours.

Had a great workout today...powerwalk. It is beautiful out, isn't it? No weights. No abs. Both were on my list to do. Maybe later.

Hugs

Sassy :)

Breakfast - Steel cut oats with cinammon, slivered almonds, FF half-and-half, 1/2 slice of deli turkey, coffee, 1/2 glass oj (watered down)

Snack - 1/2 slice of deli turkey with low-fat mozzarella cheese stick

Lunch - Spinach and Canadian bacon frittata (made with EggBeaters) with low-fat shredded mozzarella, slice of Arnold HealthNut bread and 1 tbsp PB

Snack - Celery with 1 tbsp PB

BUCKETS of water all day

Dinner - Could be lean steak, could be leftover chicken kabob; either will be accompanied by acorn squash and broccoli

That's the plan, and I'm stickin' to it!

I had about 12 oz. of low sodium V-8 juice for breakfast, then got sidetracked about having anything else or lunch until after 2. I broke down and had a Cuban sandwich from Publix, which I dearly love. For dinner, we had herb crusted baked salmon, broccoli florets, and a broccoli cheese rice that I had only a tiny bit of. I made the pumpkin pudding recipe that Donna mentioned, and although I haven't had one yet, I did dip my finger in the bowl, and it was yummy!
