Good morning fellow Hottie!!Now that's the way to start a post!

Yesterday I ran 5 miles, ate salad AND cleaned the bathroom. Not sure what I have left for today :) Headed down to CL to work awhile and then going to see a friend of mine.(And by going to see her I mean having lunch)We have been friends since 3rd grade. We are so completely different and our lives have always been headed in different directions. She will show up in a perfect outfit and pearls.I'll show up in Tshirt and jeans.LOL So different!

When I get home I want to head out for a run.Trying to get 4-5 days of good runs in this week.Today is a weight day but that may get moved til tomorrow. Not sure about the 15 min project.

Callin for sunny and warm here today. Then a cold front comes thru.Mother Nature has been really fickle around here lately.

Hope everyone has a good day.

Love your headline, Phyllis! I'll try to live up to it today!

Did the 40 min. powerwalk this a.m. Will try for weights & abs tonite. Tonite will be busy, though. I have my first Weight Watchers meeting AND ds has a football game. I need to clean house, too. I did some of the cleaning between 5 & 6 pm last night. I'm getting good at cleaning spurts. So that will be some 15 min. projects - cleaning & laundrey tonite. Plus I have to go get some snacks & drinks for ds - nothing for him to munch on . . .

Have a wonderful day.

5 aaaaaa.m.! The people I powerwalk with get out there at 5:30 but I have to have my cup of Joe first. When the time changes, I will probably go running by myself more often at the track.

And just like a 14 yo, when the big guy is away, you trash your room! Sometimes that happens when my big guy hasn't gone away!

Workout I am committed to getting in today. Hmmmm. I think I'll get in some treadmill time, ab workout and weights. Also need to do something with my hair. And by that I mean add a little color!

So the rest of yesterday went a bit better and I got lots of things done. Another busy day. But I do have a meeting with some ladies tomorrow around 11:45 and by meeting I mean lunch! Looking forward to it.

I have felt really fatigued the past couple of days. Maybe it's just hormones. Back is aching...Flo is sending out her little minions in preparation of her arrival. She's not taking me down this month. I'll workout right through her nasty little visit.

Have a great day, girls!

Hugs

Sassy :)

Today's workout: Step class this evening followed by a power-lounge with da bears. Been a little under the weather with a kidney infection (what next?) so I've been taking it kind of easy.

15 minutes will be to fold the laundry I washed last night.

Good luck with your presentation tomorrow.

Have a good day everyone.

Good morning!

Well, it's almost summer again here today. Warm and WINDY! I didn't have to spend much time on my hair this morning - it blew up as soon as I walked out the front door. It looks positively luxurious! That won't last - they're callin' for rain later on.

Workout is cardio, weights and abs. I finally used the right amount of weight doing my wide-stance squats Sunday - my inner thighs are screaming at me today; I hope they keep yelling the rest of the week.

15-minute project: More like 20 minutes all together. Wet-swiffer the bathroom floor; make that SBD pumpkin pudding. DH deserves a sweet treat (other than me) after eating the SBD surprise mashed potatoes with dinner last night and claiming he enjoyed them. It's mashed cauliflower with ff half-and-half and Smart Balance - I swear they smell like mashed potatoes when you take the cover off the food processor. They taste pretty convincing, too. I was going to have acorn squash with dinner last night, but replaced it at the last minute.

Have a great day, everyone!

The pumpkin pudding is wonderful! Thanks for making me aware of it. It's actually in the November issue of "Prevention" on p. 70.
