DS and his football team won their first game 20-6!!! DS made an interception! I didn't get to watch as I was at WW, but his dad did. So excited for them!

Anyway, love the WW leader, her name is Kathleen. She's so tiny and very thorough and upbeat! I bought a couple of books to help me along with conversions and we'll see what happens! My friend didn't show up, but I'll have to fill her in & maybe we can get together at the next meeting.

Yay for DS! What a way to begin! That is too cool. You'll get to see the next one I'm sure.

And I'm so glad your meeting went well. Good luck with WW.

Wow Kat, congrats for Danny and his football play. Sounds like you are going to enjoy your journey through WW land. Glad your first day was a good and positive experience. I know you will do great, you have such a positive attitude.

He eats like a horse most of the time! I give him $15.00 a week for lunches too and he comes home starving! Daniel is 5'6" tall and is 120 lbs. So that puts him about 4 1/2" taller than I! LOL! I hope to be less on the scale than he soon! Last year, his dad bought him a 10/12 coat at Dillards and paid bookoos of money for it. I told him he was making a mistake! This year, I hope he buys him an 18 or 20 at least. I guess we'll be shopping in the men's store very soon.

Congrats to your son and to you for taking the steps to get to the meetings--it isn't easy with the busy life you lead!!!

He's bigger than Rob! I know Sassy's son is. Rob is about 5'5" (I'm 5'6"), and I think he weighs around 113, although that could have gone up from a couple of weeks ago. I'd swear he has a hollow leg. I've been buying Rob size 20 pants, because he likes them loose. He's not allowed to wear them too low (must wear a belt). I've been buying adult size small T-shirts or boys X-L (which are sometimes larger than adult smalls). I think he's been wearing a size 10 shoe for the last 6 months, so he looks like he's walking around in clown shoes or something. Friends with boys have told me their feet grow first and they grow into them. Sure hope so!

Thanks, everyone! I got more of the details of Danny's interception last night! He didn't get to run very far and the tackler was getting frustrated trying to tackle Danny & just grabbed him by the face mask! Of course, that gave Danny's team another 15 yard gain & they went on to score the first touchdown. I miss all the good stuff!

I knew he was definitely football player material when I saw him in Orlando! Hard to believe that little bro' will be even bigger!! Glad I don't have to feed them and keep them in clothes and shoes!

I understand this very well. My older son who is going to be 19 is about 220 lbs and he is about 6'2" tall. My middle son, Rob is 14 and he weighs about 140, and is close to 5'10" and still growing. My ped tells us the same thing, Rob will be bigger then his brother. Neither of my boys take after me (who is 4'11")or my hubby (5'8").
