I got a Chris Cagle cd the other day and I ran with him this evening. What a cutie! And he can sing.Anyone seen his latest video? When he smiles he looks like my service guy.

Ok, it's only 2 days but I'm pretty happy with the past 2 days of workouts.Today I cut down on "get ready "time to do some weights. That is so big for me.Yesterday I got up with a migraine and while I got it down to a low roar in my head I couldn't quite shake it.But I still managed to get my run in.It is so uplifting to have a day where the migraines don't control me.I'm really thankful for yesterday.Today I came home and had a million things to do but I got another 5 mile run in.Ok, today I did it mainly so I could have Chris singing in my ear without Rick wondering what the heck I was doing! But whatever gets me out there, right?

Patty,

It must be an acquired skill to function with a migraine headache.

As long as a migraine doesn't make me sick to my stomach I can pretty much function.Once I get sick it's all over.I get them about every week so I've just had to find a way to live with them.

Yes, Chris Cagle is a country singer. My DH hates country music so I play it while I'm alone or I listen to it while I work out. It's actually a good thing because sometimes I work out just so I can listen to my music.

Had a great lunch with my friend. We sat and talked for hours. We ordered dessert just we could talk longer(yeah right!!).

I was like Margie when I had my migraines. I actually looked forward to being sick to my stomach (a minimum of 4 hrs. from the onset), because that was when mine would start to go away. I could literally feel it moving down the left side of my head. Very weird!

Glad to hear you had such a good day!

Cool running! You're doing great with those workouts, Miss Princess!

So is this Chris guy on CMT? Oh boy, service guy is still around and a hottie, huh? LOL! Yes, whatever gets you out there and running!

Glad you had your girlie lunch out! Those are so important for our wellbeing!
