Ok, I came in from CL and

did my weights cause I was so sure there would be a "how did you do" post here.So since you asked.....:)
I got lots of work done today, ate fairly decently and though I didn't get a cardio workout in I got a fantastic weight workout in.I want to seriously tone up my butt so if anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them.I do squats and piles and that exercise where you're on your hands and knees and lift your leg up behind you.Any other ideas?And should I maybe switch a day or two of running to incline walking?
So how did everyone elses day go????

I'm happy to say that Tim said he re-activated our membership to the Y today, so maybe I can get working out along the lines of the way I was this time last year. Hard to believe it's been that long ago. If I can just keep my neck discs OK, then the rest of me should be fine. I must have done something to

I think it's always good to switch up your workouts which I think you already do.

You should try doing a step workout. That will really work your butt...it works my butt anyway.
