I actually did a real workout today. Well..it was only a 20 minute Winsor Pilates DVD, but it was a start. It didn't bother my foot at all and I feel very encouraged. I can't wait to do the "accelerated" workout tomorrow or take a class.


Eating has been good too. I am staying within my WW points and only used 2 flex points so far. If only I can keep this motivation going.


Unfortunately, I can't stay here long. My foot is swollen today because I was on it all day yesterday. So taday I have to elevate and ice it...I have to go to the doc's tomorrow. Want to get a good report.

Fantastic, Grace! But do take it easy! Great job on your points. I'm dipping into the flexers today a little. I only used 5 of the 35 last week. I don't even count activity points yet (as I haven't learned about that yet) so I figure I'm doing great with the points.

Remember, keep off that foot as doc told you!!

Mat work is the perfect workout when you need to stay off your foot. So glad to hear you were able to do it. Sounds as though it really lifted your spirits too.

Whats up with this, you are running that NYC Marathon tomorrow? Only kidding, starting slowly is what works best. Your body probley wants to go for more but you foot needs to be considered. You will get there!
