I was in bed at 8pm last night.What a wild woman , huh!Plans for today are chickens, a run, weights,tackle the kitchen and maybe mow.
I saw where there are only 56 days left in the year!Where the heck has it gone????Gee, seems like only yesterday I was turning 39......

Today I haven't decided whether or not to workout. I'm getting a little sore spot in my heel again and I'm thinking I should just put my feet up tonight. I had a great workout yesterday with weights and cardio. I might go with a super low impact workout just to keep moving. Seems like if I miss more than a day or so, I start to lose my motivation. If I go everyday, it's easier to keep going. I also get really grouchy on the days I don't workout. Is that weird?
So later this week I have a funeral to attend. My uncle passed this weekend (Dad's sister's husband) but I don't know if I'm going or not. Depends on the weather and how far away it is.
Anyway, today is the day I'm comitting hard to better eating and treating myself with respect. I ate horribly over the weekend and I'm feeling it today. So, here I go, wish me luck.

The wacky November weather continues here. It's so wierd sleeping with the window wide open in November-maybe that explains why I'm not sleeping well.
Well it was going to be my first weekday morning to get up and work out right away but a bout of insomnia had other plans for me. Not sure what the plan will be now. I'll have to see how much energy needs to be expended with the paying job and see how much energy is left over after that.
15 minute project-lots of them but again will have to see how much energy is left at the end of the day. Probably some sock sorting before work and lots of paper shredding to do with the clean up of the basement. So I'm thinking TV and paper shredding-can't get much more exciting than that!
Hope your good eating plans go well today Lori. I need to join right in with you on that-it was not a very good one in that department!

Please notice I have the Christmas Tree icon happening. Yes, ladies, we are quickly closing in on the Holidays and instead of bemoaning it and fighting it, I'm getting in the spirit! I've got my list going and I've started shopping. Less stress this year...if it kills me! :)
Kids are off today due to teacher's work day. Haven't done my workout yet, but I will. Looking forward to it!
Feeling okay this morning. Had trouble sleeping last night. Headache sort of coming and going, but much, much less painful than last week. Will check out my blood pressure today sometime. Had 3 huge (gallon size???) viles of blood drawn this morning. Need to make my follow-up appointment with the doc and figure out what in the heck is going on.
Lots of 15 minute projects I'm working on, to include 15 minutes working on my home office.

Rainy cloudy day here - that, and consecutive bad hair days, are the forecast through Thursday.
My boss is sick today - I don't know if that means a nutty day or a lazy day at work today. I figure I'll have time somewhere in there to make up a food shopping list to replenish supplies this week, and to start planning the menu for Thanksgiving dinner at our house.
Workout today is cardio, and a couple of LB and UB moves I didn't do Sunday.
DH did tie up a ton of newspapers for recycling today, but the piles in the basement got bigger. He cleaned out the garage Sunday afternoon and I think he had some old ones stored in there that he brought in to keep warm for the winter. I ought to start muttering "fire hazard" and see if that gets any more action. I shouldn't complain - he did a lot of clearing out Sunday, but the papers are my obsession, and they're not disappearing fast enough. The first time I trip over one of the piles - and there will be a first time - listen for the screaming!

Ugh...what a mess with your car, Phyllis. I do hope it all works out. Sounds like you have a good workout planned to help relieve the stress.
I already did 50 minutes of Pilates. I am hoping to go out and take a walk since it is beautiful here. I am also going to do tricep dips, pushups and wallsits.
Back on track today after the eating disaster this weekend.

I ate good - went to the gym and did 35 minutes on that old MFH, for the first time since I think the 8th of October. It didn't kill me, but I wondered about 10 minutes into it.
Then I did my yoga class. Of course, because my upper body was still achey from the weight workout with aerobics on Sunday, the instructor focused on - what else? upper body! *groan* I did feel much better after finishing.
Now to keep up with the eating properly.
