The weekend was an eating disaster!

Wow...did I blow it this weekend. I was so good for 4 days and then I went a little crazy. I did save most of my flex points for the weekend but it didn't help. Oh, well, it is done and now I am back on the wagon.
Saturday was such a good day for me physically and mentally with the 2 mile hike outdoors and "communing" with nature. I am glad that my foot was stronger than I thought.
My 50 minute pilates is done and I hope to go out for a stroll later and do my tricep dips as well as wall sits and push ups. It is so beautiful again today and I can't stand the idea of staying in all day. I will be doing enough of that after Dec 5th.
OK...here goes! Here's to a successful week for all of us.

OK...I did a lot better today with the eating and even got in all the exercise I planned. Getting out in the fresh air and taking that mile walk was encouraging that I am getting back to normal. Now...to walk without limping.
I really think it is going to be a good week. I feel good that I accomplished so much today that was good for me.
