Exercise does make you feel better and

you ladies are also part of it and I did something I've never accomplished before. I had a very wierd afternoon, I came back to work after lunch feeling very exhausted and downright sleepy. Didn't help myself by eating the donut holes that were in the office and munching on some candy. I then moved into the jittery stage by the time I came home from work. I got in late and of course the kitchen was in a state and quite frankly I really didn't care about cooking anything very healthy. The turkey burger was probably the only healthy thing on the plate. After dinner was a walk with Otto that usually relaxes me but Otto was feeling particularly stubborn and ornery (figures that he's a male dog!) and I could feel a headache coming on. By the time I got home the last thing on my mind was a workout but Nancy came to mind how she just got down to it and did it. I really didn't know whether I should do a workout that would relax me or do something to work out the aggressions. Decided to get on the exercise bike and put some music on since there was no mental capability required. Then I thought of Margie putting 10 miles on her exercise bike and I've never gotten that far. Just kept adding 5 minutes to my time and pretty soon I had pedaled away 10 miles plus a few tenths more cooling down. And you know what? My jitters are gone, the knots are gone, and I am no longer craving the KK's that are sitting in the kitchen (and honest I didn't buy them!). So thanks ladies for helping me get motivated this evening!

What an inspirational post this was! So glad to hear that the exercise helped and you felt better. Good job on the 10 miles! WE really do have to do things that make us feel better more often.
I do believe you that you did not buy the KKs. They really are hard to resist and you did great not digging in.
I do hope you keep feeling better and better.
