I'm such a creature of habit.I grab my tea and come looking for Phyllis. Not seeing her this morning and hoping everything is ok.

So what's your plans for today. And what are you thankful for today?Does something come to mind easily or is "life stuff" making it hard to come up with something.Yesterday when Shania and I were working out she sang a great song about how sometimes the littlest thing throws you off.Ain't it the truth.

Workout will be a run on the treadmill or maybe a step workout.I did lunges on my step yesterday and today..OUCH!!Eating lately has been awful and I have to quit using hormones as the reason. Maybe I'll use my many personalities as a reason for awhile.

What am I thankful for; friends who are there when I need them.

It's rainy and awful here. No pressure gang but Princess is in a royal funk and I'll be coming to the board for wisdom and humor :)

Good Morning to All,

The rain has stopped here temporarily. It was a wild evening here last night, lightning, torrential down pours. I had to walk down the entire block last night after Dr's appt to try to find a place to get over the curb onto the sidewalk. Never did find one. I was tempted to take off my shoes and socks, roll up my pants and wade through the water that was up over the curb but I figured with my lunging ability I would make it over the great lake. Wrong, new shoes right in there with water up to my ankles! Hope my shoes have dried out inside!

I did a great stretch last night and was up bright and early this morning. I pulled out my 3 mile walk tape and it was great to get my workout in and done this morning. May be tutoring this evening not sure yet.I need to get my menus planned for next week-so that will be on the agenda as well.

Thankful for

1. A good report from the dr yesterday.

2. Two phone conversations with friends I haven't spoken to in some time

3. Safe and healthy arrival of our new grandnephew.

Hope you all have a good Thursday!

Princess Patty-I hope your day improves for you!

Uh-oh...Plenty of Personality Problems at the Palace.

You'll hike up your skirt and get thru this, I know.

Phyllis,

Sorry to hear about the headache. I can truly relate to the misery! Hope you're feeling better!

Good morning.

#1--I'm disappointed in you and Sassy. "have my girl call your girl?" I'd have expected cabana boys as secretaries. Sheesh.

#2--Phyllis, I hope your headache is better and today is a good day. I love it when the dog sleeps through the night.

#3--My workout today is, of course, Jazzercise...probably step class. The new songs are kicking my butt and I'm loving it.

Thankfuls:

#1. Good friends like you all here.

#2. A great doctor who listens.

#3. My really warm winter coat. It was 19 degrees here this morning. Yikes! The frost on my windshield was so hard, it wouldn't scrape off.

Have a super day.

Oops! I did it again (but NO resemblance to Brit-nee)... forgot to hit post. Hate that!

Patty, I'm with you about looking for Phyllis in the morning. We have gotten so dependent/needy. ;-) Phyllis, hope your headache is better soon. Glad you got to sleep in some.

Thankfuls:

1. That those 4 criminals were apprehended with no one else getting hurt.

2. That I've made good progress on my fundraiser-related activities, which has put me in the Christmas spirit.

3. That in spite of eating candy since 2 days before Halloween, I've managed to lose 1.5 lbs. I'm going to call it the "Candy Beach

I don't know about Her Royal Highness, but I call my cabana boys, "the girls" all the time ;)

Yes, I was wondering about Phyllis this a.m. - I kept hitting refresh over & over again! LOL! Patty, you're so right about the little things throwing one off! I've asked my landlord to fix my commode (it runs all the time and water bill was large!), but to no avail. Now the place is sold to another owner & I have to start all over again. I'm sitting here trying to tell myself the new owner won't go up a whole lot on the rent, but I'm sure he will. May have to move again next year.

Well, got the powerwalk done this a.m. Trying to get in a festive mood - know it's early but I need to be in a good mood! Listening to Doc Severinson's version of "Sleigh Ride" , Carpenters "Merry Christmas Darling", Luther Vandross singing "O Come All Ye Faithful", Martina McBride singing "What Child is This", and all my other favorites. I think I'll go get my Christmas cards today. That will cheer me up.

Have a nice day everyone.
