Should I be concerned that the Sunflower can already hold a good grip on a Krispy Kreme donut and she was more than happy to hold on to her candy basket TIGHTLY while trick or treating----hmmm the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
What a beautiful sunflower!!!!Hope Eric feels better soon. LOL Loved his timing on reminding you of the ball and the gown.
Got my step out today and did a workout while I watched Oprah. It was my compromise cause I really wanted to just nap.I did lunges on my step yesterday cause Phyllis had mentioned those.Boy I have felt it in my thighs and butt today.I'm yelling every time I stand up.DS thinks it's a bit much but I think we should all share my pain.
Deb,loved the part about all your thankful for. There really is so much, isn't there.I've gotten so much closer with my family in the last couple of years. Can't imagine what I would do without them.
Good day here.Lunch with sister, great phone call with a friend and a good workout that reminded me how much exercise does for me.
Busy, busy day, and it was still 92 here at 4 PM according to my car thermometer!! It felt like it.
So glad to hear that your dad's party went well. Sure hope Eric is better soon. Wonderful pictures, as always. I still think there's family resemblance there, probably through the eyes.
Here's a "bee" for your sunflower. Just got it this evening.
What a beautiful little sunflower! Glad the party went so well. Hope Eric is feeling better soon.
I had a good day overall although I'm feeling mighty tired this evening. Had to really move my butt over getting in from work to get dinner on the table so DS could get out the door to get to school this evening. I tutored this evening and I just got in and I don't have any menu plans made for next week or tomorrow's grocery list made. Oh well! At least the dishes have been done!
Believe it or not, she's 16 months already! Those leopardskin socks kill me. She is a fashion plate already! Before you know it, McKenna will be up and into everything too. When you live away from them the time seems to go by even faster. I wish I could see her daily to savor all her stages and steal her sugar!! I have a feeling you will be traveling bach-and-forth more now.
I just noticed that by her left hand is a photo of my sisters and me that was taken when I was up for Lauren's wedding. It was the girls' night out, and towards the end of the night we were clowning around doing a Yoga pose in a row, and someone took a picture. I see Cheryl has framed it. I'm the one in the middle.

She's a cutie. I'm glad the party was a smash, the visit went well, and the weather held up....

McKenna is the prettiest flower for sure!
