Good morning Fit and Fabulous women-
I'm loving all the pictures that we're seeing here lately.
Kat, I keep thinking about we won't see you here much anymore and I hate it.

Today I want to do my weights.Really felt them yesterday from Wed. so I want to stay on track with them.Hopefully a run or step workout later too.Want to run uptown and try on some jeans.Hmm, that has the potential to go either way.Need to get it in gear and order some Christmas things. No big plans for the weekend, maybe I'll let DH take me out for a meal.I'm hoping to get back into a regular routine of Sat walks with my sister. It always mean runing from Cl to the track home to fix lunch and back to CL.Yesterday I told the guys I wouldn't be making lunch on Sat. and they could just fix themselves something.A radical idea which they both took to well.Just need to find more downtime for myself and that was a start.
Hopefully no rain today.Suppose to see cooler temps by the weekend and I'm ready for it.I have some warm coazy sweaters that want to come out.
Hope everyone has a Fabulous Firday!!

Just not sure about a workout today. This lady didn't get up early as she had planned. It is Friday and it is payday in this neck of the woods. We're also looking for some cooler temperatures on LI and a nice warm and cozy sweater would be nice. The last day of the work week and then a trip through the grocery store and home about rounds out the day. Exciting!
Hope you all have a Fit and very Fabulous Friday!

Good Morning Ladies,
We got our first taste of cold weather yesterday.

Heading out in a minute for a good power walk with DH. Then the "pre trip frenzy" begins. It has gotten so I don't even want to go anywhere anymore. I ahve to do everything for all 5 of us. I'm attituding about it this morning, obviously! I'll feel better after my walk.
Have a good weekend!
Hugs.
Sassy :)
Tonight will be a big workout - cardio, weights, abs, and stretching. Also hauling old bed parts outside - there's a used furniture/antique - ok, junk, too - dealer not far from our house who scours the neighborhoods for treasures, so whatever we put out will be gone before sunup. I didn't work out Thursday after work - I needed sleep and got it. I went to bed at 9:30, awoke briefly at around 2:15, and went right back until 5:15. Felt very refreshed this morning, for a change - first time since the baseball championship ended.
Going out for lunch for a coworker's birthday today. Anyone have a PF Chang's nearby? Pretty good, very Americanized food, hip and trendy atmosphere, but reasonably priced; a good gathering place for eaters who don't want to experiment too much - and a striking contrast to the real Chinatown restaurants a couple of blocks away in the other direction. I've already planned my food choices.
Have a great day, everyone!

Got up nice and early (515am) and have been getting a lot done!
I'm FINALLY over that cold/flu bug I caught a few weeks ago!! I went to spin class on Monday, did weights on Tues, rested Wed, went for a walk on my lunch hour yesterday & after work last night I went to the Y worked out for almost an hour!! I think I'll go for a walk again today at lunchtime (it's the only time I see daylight during the week anymore!) This weekend I'll take my dog for a long walk - there's a park near where I live that has some pretty good hiking trails. It feels soooo gooood to be back in action again!
Well, hope everyone has a great weekend!
Off to a slow start this morning. I have GOT to get to bed earlier, but Tim was asleep when his sister called from Escondido, CA, last night at 10:45 (which scared me to death), so I talked to her. She was feeling quite chatty. It was 12:25 AM before we got off the phone, and most of my side of the conversation was brief responses.
