I am sure I will forget to mention something my mind seems to be going lately but here goes......sassy feel better, Susan congrats on your new stove (I need one badly),Phyllis it is good to mix things up(I admire your outlook into fitness and how you fit it in EVERYDAY), Patti getting daring with coffee instead of tea (LOL), Booty I would love to see your crocheting, Donna congrats on the missing pound(way to go!)!

Me, sticking to my WW plan. Writing everything down and so far so good. It was kind of quiet here this past weekend. I got my car back, after its boo-boo. Bill took Robbie racing in NJ yesterday and Katie went to Church and spent the afternoon with my father-in-law so I had lots of quiet time. School is school, I just so want this over. Speed writting is killing me. I had to take the dog to the groomer this morning, came home did the usual stuff and then ran to Curves for my 30 minutes. Well that is it for today. Hope you all have a wonderful evening.

Hey Deb,

When I went back to college, I got one of those little tiny tape recorders as a back up to my notes. I never really used the recordings, but I felt like I could take more concise notes and I wouldn't miss anything.

Just a suggestion since the speed writing is getting to you. I still get writer's cramp even after almost 4 years since graduation.

Happy Monday on Tuesday! I didn't get online yesterday. My DD had the day off from school so we had a "Mother/Daughter Day" Shopping, lunch out and the movies. We went to see Brother Bear, cute movie, kind story, geared for really little kids, DD is 10 years old.

Me, DH, DD, 2 dogs and 2 goats spend Sunday afternoons hiking. That is the only day of the hunting week that I feel safe leading everyone into the forests. We all wear orange, except for the goats, they wear large cow bells, but my motto is always, "Better safe than sorry." We hiked about 4 hour and enjoyed the brisk weather that we now have in Connecticut. Hiking with everyone is my absolute favorite exercise and it breaks up the week for me. Though I still haven't gotten myself on a regular routine, I'm still trying to use my Cardio glide every morning and walk during lunchtime at work.

Ah, ok. So you hike with goats? That's interesting. What sort of goats? Do they keep up with you or do you have to drag them along?

2 nigerian dwarfs. They keep right up, no dragging until they smell home/barn/hay, then they drag us. Most of the time both dogs and both goats are off their leases unless we are near barbed wire or think their are other hikers near. They are great to hike with and stay closer to us than the dogs do.

They sound adorable! We had a couple goats once. Didn't last long though and I'm not sure what sort they were. All I know is that the male stunk to high heaven. He had to go! We named him Vinny since he was missing an ear...get it? Vinny? As in Vincent Van Goat!

We are strange.
