I am upset with myself. I gained a pound back this week. I know why too, which probley makes me madder. My older son brought is M&M's early this week, and put the "open" bag into the frig. Each time I reached into the frig my hand came out with some. Bad habit. I also did not make my vegetable soup, which is great for you and zero points. So.......I ate other stuff. Oh well back to square one. I need to get my butt to the gym a few days a weeks too. Since school I find more and more excuses not to stop. I think on Monday I will bring my clothes with me and change there. Kids have half a day here so Katie should be home soon. Parent teacher conferance at 1:45, and then off to the Animal Shelter with the Girl Scouts. Then later Katie has riding lessons. Cold and windy here and feeling like winter.

Maddening, but not permanent. You know what you can do to reverse it. Buck up, though - we all have set backs, we all kick ourselves when we know it's our fault... and you'd think we'd learn!

I'm glad those Mary Jane peanut butter things are finally out of the way at our house. They're all in me!

Hang in there, Deb. Can't solve the problem of the open bag of M&M's, but I know how hard it is to resist them. I'm sure he wasn't setting you up. Hang in there!

You know how this goes Deb. There are going to be flucuations. And you know what you did to make the scales go up instead of down. Don't beat yourself up! Go help Patty hit the chickens instead.

You rock! You can do it!
