Good Morning.

Slept in a bit this morning, although I originally woke up around 4:30. Now I'm running behind some, but I'm just not sweatin' it this morning.

Off to church around 9:00. When we get home we'll have some lunch and then I hope to get out for a walk. Doesn't have to be a power walk. But I just want to get out and move. Meetings at church beginning at 4:30.

What's up with you today?????

Hugs :)

Sassy

Good morning! I just put the finishing touches on a Christmas gift for my sister.I get so excited when I find the just right thing.

Tons of work in CL, heading out there now.Today may be a day off from exercise. We're getting ready to put siding on the house and we want to go look at a couple to check out some color choices.I think cleaning out the frig may be on the list of things to do,some things are looking iffy in there.

Sassy, hope you're feeling better. And Margie and Lori, hope you both are too.Hope everyone has a restful and happy Sunday.

Miss P

Good morning-

I love sleeping in on Sundays and actually being in bed when the sun is rising.

Good Morning

Well my treadmill got all set up last night while I went to the candle party. DH wanted to show me how to use the basics on it this morning. Just had to get on it and try it out. I had to stop after a mile and a half as my attire of long sleeved turtleneck and jeans wasn't exactly workout attire and I was drenched! Think I'll get on it again this afternoon when I'm more appropriately attired! It has all kinds of bells and whistles on it but the previous owner can't find the manual so DS will order one for me at the bike store but for now I can manually program it for what I want it to do. I think I'm going to like it especially since walking outside is at a premium this time of year for me.

I like the early church and early morning workout to start off the day! I'll be going to spruce up the nails and piggies later this morning. Tons of laundry to try to get done since I played hookey yesterday afternoon, but want to get some reading in too. It's been a long time since I just sat and read. Also have to pay some bills. I just realized I've made quite a list for myself.

I went to the candle party last night. Some really beautiful items especially the Christmas things but most of them were very pricey. I did splurge on the Crystal Castle. It's all clear glass and holds tealights. She had it displayed on a piece of glass and it was just so beautiful with the light reflected and I couldn't resist. It's going to look really pretty on the mirrored tray I have sitting on my coffee table. I also bought my SIL a pretty set of candle holders for a Christmas gift.

Considering the list I just made for myself, better get off the computer and put myself to work!

Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday!

It is probably a bit late for morning posts but I'll add an afternoon post to this column....after all, it is still Sunday.

This icon is not blushing, it is rosy-cheeked smiling from being outside in the cold fresh air and sunshine.

Super Sunday - one of these mornings I will get myself to church again. Haven't been in a long time, but am feeling the need recently.

I did go to the gym for my noon aerobics class, but the instructor didn't show....sooooo, I spent 45 minutes on the MFH, then showered and realized how beautiful it was outside. I dropped my stuff off at home, decided laundry could wait, and bundled up and went out walking. Spent two hours walking through Itaewan and then to the PX, didn't buy much, but the whole purpose was to enjoy being out and the day itself. I wore myself out, and all evening I kept watching the clock to see if it was bed time yet.

The elliptical machine is commonly known among my friends as the "Machine From He!!" Just whups everybody's butt, and is harder than anything to get started on, but becomes adictive.
