Hi, Kat - Must be telepathy; I was thinking of you today and wondering how you're doing! I think all the problems I was having with a paid-for service (Message Boards Plus) and my decision to drop my subscription got me thinking of you.

How's Danny doing? How's Southern Living at Home working out? I hope you can get your business moving during the Christmas shopping season.

Take care of yourself, and many hugggsss,

Donna

Hugs back at you, Donna! Well, Danny has had strep throat, poor kid! I was supposed to make a big business connection last week at a jewelry party (to mention my SLAH business) but opted to stay home with Danny, of course! He seems to be getting better on the antibiotic. This week, I have to Christmas shop as I'm sure I won't have time any other week - I'm off quite a bit this week and all weekend. Also, I'm going to get some food ready, too. This sounds so bad, but I will be so worn out from both jobs beginning next week, I don't see how I can decorate at home, so I may do that this weekend! I know, too early! My Pilgrim, Indian and fall wreath WILL stay up outside until after Thanksgiving, though!

Hope you and your family have a great Thanksgiving. How about those Patriots beating up my Cowboys???? Good grief!

Hugs,

Kat

Poor Danny! Make sure he finishes that antibiotic - I hope he's a-ok by the holiday. That missed business connection sounded like a great opportunity, but when mom duty calls, you can't walk away. And even though Danny is a teenager, I'm sure he appreciated a little extra TLC.

I'm trying to restrain myself about Christmas before Thanksgiving has arrived, but I know I'm going to go crazy with decorating like I always do. I understand your needing to do your decorating early when time permits. Our house will be decorated and the tree will be up before Thanksgiving weekend is over. I'm leaving outdoors to DH. If he gets the lights on the shrubs this year, great; if not, that's fine, too. As long as it feels cozy and holiday-like indoors.
