Had an email from Phyllis that she couldn't get in the board and needed to get going. She will check in with us later.

So what's up for everyone today?Do you have a busy day ahead or calm relaxing one? What kind of workout plans do you have? And what are the three positive things from the week?

Hope everyone has a great day!

As near as I can tell, the ingredients of 'silver medal' tea consists largely of sawdust. It tasted like a wet pinecone...blech. I don't want to ask her what was in it..I don't want to know that badly.

The meeting was ok. We had cookies.

Hi. Haven't been here in a longgg while. Am getting back into the gym workouts these days. The treadmill and cross country trainer have been getting my attention. EEk. At work, we are doing a fitness program...with pedometers clipped to us, we are to take at least 10K steps a day. At the end of this 4 week program.....a free T SHIRT!!! LOL.

Thanks. He's still stuffy, but is playing his guitar and was reading a surfing magazine, so I think he's going to make it. ;-)

The de-barker seems to work pretty well if the dogs are in the foyer. If they're in another room, even close by, it doesn't seem to trigger it. I may have to put it on Winston's collar, but I'd say he's improved somewhat already.

My neighbor got a Silky Terrier or Silky mix from the pound a few days ago!! He couldn't believe his good luck. I saw him for the first time yesterday and took Katie and Winston out to meet him. Since a Silky looks like a bigger Yorkie, it looked like the canine version of The Three Bears. Winston got a little agressive. I don't think he liked a strange dog messin' with his woman!!

LOL, Susan about your sock. Hope you found it in time for work. Did you notice how it seems to happen to your favorite pair?

Glad you are doing better and the exercising is helping you physically and mentally. It is a powerful tool.

I am not looking forward to all the rain that is threatening. I am glad we live on top of a hill.

Have a good one.

Got my exercise in and did the Winsor Pilates Accelerated Body Sculpting DVD. I had planned a quiet day with getting the business bills paid, but you know how that goes. Did accomplish a bunch anyway. The only time I got out was to take in the garbage pail and get the mail in.

1-Glad to be exercising fairly regularly again.

2-Foot is feeling better, limp is almost gone and swelling isn't as bad

3-Glad to be down in weight even with being away in FL
